This error message in WordPress normally indicates that the upload file size is limited (normally it’s 2MB by default), in order to be able to upload bigger file size (theme file) you will need to increase file upload limit, to do this you can check this article from our knowledge base:

The latest version of Master Slider Pro 3.4.7 is included in the theme, you can find it in the main downloaded file (in Plugins folder), or you can update the plugin directly from WordPress admin panel > Essentials dashboard (after updating the theme to the latest version).

Hi there, we use your blog slider element on our website (build with elementor) but there’s one bug we can’t seem to fix by ourselves. When we choose the sorting option: Order by date / Desc to display our latest blog items the first item in the list isn’t the right one. The following blog items in the slider are ordered descending by date but the first item should actually be the last item (our first blog that was published) as seen on this page: https://kreatix.be/academy/ the first item has the date 30 March, the following items are sorted correctly. We checked your website and it seems that the main Blog item is set to be in the center (the most recent), and in this case the last item will be shown on the left (the oldest in your case), in order to display the main item on the left Open the Blog Slider settings to the Style tab and set “Main cell align item” to “Left”.

Hi, I tried 3 times deleting and creating from scratch WordPress, theme and importing the demo I want and there is no way that the demo imports correctly https://agenciaontop.com/.
Troubleshooting plugins it seems the issue comes from pixfort core, this theme was working fine before the update but since the update or breaks the menu and part of the content if all plugins are active or if I deactivate pixfort core the menu looks fine again but the content disappears. Either pixfort core is not compatible with the update or is broken. Please help I don’t know what else to do. More than 24h on this trying everything with no luck

1. The theme demo showcases a custom login page (instead of default WordPress login page) which leads to WooCommerce default dashboard after logging in. However, if you are looking for custom accounts functionality in WooCommerce you need to install an external plugin depending on your needs.
2. You should be able to use external plugins normally.
3. The theme was not tested yet with Dokan plugin.
