Please why is this item with my purchase code of 7d1095d7-6b6f-46ae-8ec0-4da23ff50358 – 21 Feb 2016 not displaying properly in Microsoft Edge and Internet explorer. Mobile browser inclusive.

Have you checked out this preview demo in internet explorer as well? If normal, then there should be no problems on your site as well.

am still can’t configure the issue in IE and Edge. but in Chrome, Mozilla and etc is working fine and normal. looks like the issue came from software Adobe Muse, and i found in forums some people have same problem with that and some staff give opinion for that. for more details you can read here
