I’m interested in making a purchase, but before that, I need to become clear about a few points: 1- My project consists of multiple stores w/different domain names that are managed by a single magento 2.1 admin instance ( magento’s default multistore features), and considering at least one development instance, does this effect licensing, or a regular license would suffice? 2- The stores are to be in persian language, so they require right to left orientation on all pages. is RTL support easy to deploy (i.e. by changing a global setting…) or it requires settings on each element or code manipulation? Also does this theme supports available language packs or should we invest on translation? 3- The project relies heavily on customer points (awards system) and also we have a vision to evolve it into a marketplace in the future. are there any related modules and extensions for us that are reliable and also supported by your theme? MY ANSWER : You can read in here https://themeforest.net/licenses/faq#multi-a, You need purchase extend license , Extended license would allow you to use the theme on multiple domains

Thanks for the response! But we cannot afford an extended license for this project only(maybe in future when we get a handle of it, and more customers!), so I think it should be possible to buy 5 regular licenses for 5 domains of current project. Correct me if I’m wrong?

Let the theme update files folder be separated from from complete theme file zip folder in the download menu so that one can decide to download just the updates only without having to download the whole bulky complete theme file zip folder each time for the sake of the patch or updates

Hi, we are facing two problems in your Big Market Store Theme for Magento 2.0. First whenever we are adding any products, it is not showing anywhere. Secondly whenever we are editing any existing demo product, it is showing following error, Cannot gather stats! Warning!stat(): stat failed for /home/cloudpanel/htdocs/test.ishopping.ae/pub/media/catalog/product/k/i/kid_12_1.jpg.
Our main concern is the products not showing up when we are adding.
Even when searching for that product, it is showing no product available.

Products are showing up on your homepage. There was a problem with conditions of Product Filter in blocks. The conditions only are set to suitable with our demo, when you develop theme on your site, you need to set up it again, You can fix by yourself.
Go to admin panel > Content > Static Block > Looking your New/Best seller product block and Edit , for example ””Fastest – Handbag – Main Content Area – Product Tabs”” > double clicked on widget, chose conditions -> Insert widget and saved -> your product is shown on homepage.
Remove all Magento cache in : System > Cache Management > Press all Flush cache button

Also i need to know one thing that we have activated Fastest Magento 2.0 Big Store Theme but when opening our website, it is showing Fashion Store theme on header. When we select Big Store theme from the dropdown, it shows the website fine but it should not how it should work. We need to know how to activate the default theme (which we are doing right now through Codazon > Fastest Option -> Activate Theme.)

Hi, I have figured out how to add a logo although it seems to be ignoring the image width and height settings I set for it? You can translate for Front-end with http://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.0/frontend-dev-guide/translations/xlate.html.But it will take a few days, because Magento 2 not fully support Dutch Language.
Just reporting a bug. short_description.phtml file, line 36, should say class=product attribute but is currently misspelled to class=product attibute Does not affect much, but makes it harder to adjust the style of this block without correct reference.

You can update your logo via admin panelContent > Design > Configuration > Choose your actived themes + Store > Edit > Find Header tab > Upload your logo in here > Save
Following up on the above question which has now gone to another direction:
When installing the theme first time – all themepackages got installed. I did not manually import them.
What is the safest way to get rid of the themepackages not being used? So that magento does not deploy all 9 themes while we need just one. This kills ionode limit and deployment takes hours to complete.
Also, if the theme packages are removed – can the blocks codes be used that belong to one of the other themes?
Because you are using Fullpackage Quickstart demo (include all themes and all product demo).
We can help to remove all other themes + static block, but it will take a few working hours, and we need charge for custom fee.

Hi Codazon, The Fastest theme comes with 10 different templates/themes which is a good thing. But, when magento static files are deployed – it deploys all theme files which significantly affects the IONODE counts. I dont think we can selectively deploy particular theme but is it possible to remove the themes we do not use. For example i am using Fashion theme and wont need other themes but the install has all themes and gets deployed hitting ionode. Is there a fix to this situation?”

All themes were automatically loaded when themesetup was run when installing the theme and all the themes create static files in pub folder – significant number of unnecessary files are then generated. Could you please provide steps to safely get rid of unwanted themes?

With regards to firewall – I am not sure if the service provider would do that as it is not safe and I am not sure if its ideal to suggest to turn off firewall when we dont know how long it will take for any issue to be resolved. I have provided you access to ssh/ftp by whitelisting your IP just about 2 weeks ago which i had to remove to be able to whitelist other ip as I can whitelist only 3 IPs at a time. I can’t see why it is an issue to have dynamic ip and to whitelist it as i know dynamic ip dont change everyday and I use dynamic ip as well and have to whitelist my own ip to use ssh
So sorry, because we are using a Support team in the world, the are not use Static IP.
You can ask your server provider to turn off in 1-2 weeks, he will help you.

This is in regards to your push to ask service provider to disable the firewall. Have emailed you many times but haven’t been getting proper response.
As I said it is not possible and I already checked with them two times. If you are not going to fix issues and cannot provide support because you use dynamic IP (which is the worst excuse as your ip did not change in 30 mins 2 weeks earlier whatsoever)
