The themeforest doesn’t allow for other way to download. Do you using file fastest-magento21-fullpackage-v.1.3.4.zip ?

Our Overall Experience with theme so far: I have had great service from codazon as well. The theme is great with many features and really great value for money. Most importantly these guys will help you sort out any issue you encounter – they will either do it for you if it is complex or provide you steps to do it.
If anyone is worried about pagespeed or want to see it in live store (note i am not using all available features as we are still working on them). Its fashion theme- I was using LUMA theme and had pagespeed of 84-87 and with this theme the speed did not slow down – its about same. You can check https://jostechecig.com.au/ if you like. Note: I am not using megamenu yet as i haven’t had chance to design it yet. But today i have disabled some caching and merging so i can design few things.
I did have a question regarding QUickshop – how is it possible to have Long description to show up in pop up screen rather than Short Description. I does make sense to have short description show but I haven’t been filling out short description?

I have emailed, but I believe that this should be a standard feature or at least there should be long description than short, or both. It makes sense to have short description – probably in clothing store but with electronic products- most will want to see full specs before buying – hope this is making sense. For example – When i click the quickshop button, I would not want to close it and go to main product description. I would rather want to see the info in the pop up and add to cart and pay. Other solution would be to use short description in place of long description – which probably is bad idea and product page would look bad.
Hi, awesome template, so far it’s been great except that the Megamenu Structure never seems to load. Is there something that needs to be done to address this?

Where can we find theme update instructions? Reuploading full magento install does not seem like a good idea
For each update, we have provided a patch , for example update-v.1.3.4 , you just upload patch to update new homes or new features
When we have requested for any support, can you please advise how long do you expect customers to wait before you can get back? Don’t you think when one buys a theme, issues that occur or bugs that can break the store need to be fixed as a priority? Should we just shut the website and wait for your answers for few days? I hope your support is more responsive and works to resolve issues or answer queries especially when we just bought the theme.

1.) When will Food & Drink released for 1.9.x?
2.) In Germany, we have some stupid EU guidelines. For example, we have to show the taxes and shipping costs on the product page. Therefore there is an essential plugin which all German shops have to use: https://github.com/firegento/firegento-magesetup Could you please check if this plugin is compatible with your theme? If not, could you please make it compatible?
3.) With the Safari browser it seems your theme is a little bit juddery when scrolling down. Could you please check if it’s a bug?

I’d love to but I don’t think you would see on a screenshot what I mean. I try to explain it a little bit better: If I scroll down (Drink & Food) the sticky menu pops up but it seems that scrolling down is not as smooth as e.g. Porto out Ultimo theme. Not sure if it’s only me or the Safari browser.

2. I know this is the only extension for German shops to keep the EU guidelines —> We can try with Magento 1.9 , i think it will work well, but it will take custom fee to integrate with our themes.
3. Because in Food & Drinks Magento 2, we are using Ajax Load + Lazyload, sometime it is not as smooth, but we can disable lazyload, it will working fine.

Okay, You can use Fastest – Bigmarket themes in your current server ( with PHP 5.6) , But you need setting a few things in your server. if possible you can hire us to install themes for your server ( it will take a small custom fee) .

Upon testing in demo site with PayPal Sandbox, found some of the issues- not sure its only me or others have faced these issues. Please feel free to respond.
Would prefer if Codazon could address each issue separately when answering:
I had a question regarding the checkout = Guest with PayPal,
Scenario: I checkout with PayPal express using PayPal Checkout option in the minicart.
? It takes me to PayPal screen – ? I login – ? Review Page – ? Success Page.
In the success page, it gives two options: ? Continue Shopping or ? Create Account.
I Create an Account: ? It takes me to Account Dashboard
Issue 1 (This is quite troubling):
-There is no Order – its blank, which means that it said “ You can Track your order” if you create Account, customer created account and then there is no order he/she just placed.
Issue 2: - I come back to the website, use same PayPal Login to do Express Checkout as mentioned above, it goes through the same process and again gives an option to Create Account or Continue Shopping. - Cannot Create an Account as the account already exists
Issue 3 ( This probably is the one that needs to be fixed as a priority): ? With either quickshop or normal checkout- ? Add an Item to Cart, which adds that 1 x item to cart ? Hit Pay with PayPal or Hit Go to Checkout and then hit Pay with PayPal ? It seems to add the product Again, so when you pay, you end up paying for 2 x Items ? PS: This does not happen with Default Theme

Thanks for that. Bit of change I needed to report. I think issue i mentioned about PayPal is just limited to PayPal icon in quickshop (we need to be fair). See quote below for original comment:

PS: This does not happen with Default Theme"As far as i can see – it works perfectly except Quickshop which is a big relief – the above was my mistake to not observe it properly. It wont be that much issue with Quickshop as most people will hit “Checkout than papal” probably. But this shouldn’t stop anyone from getting this theme (my personal view) especially when you compare it with mangeo default. This theme has many extensions and heaps of features. Customers complained me about not being able to notice when item was added to cart with magneto luma theme.
May be this issue with paypal express was never reported to codazon. Codazon is proactive in issues reported as far as i have seen. I will update if i find anything in the future. After all we all want to make informed judgement about whether to buy a theme.

Hi, I uploaded the file to the root. But i dont see its working as expected. Did i have to run any command after uploading?
After uploading – Site is working fine except that – when you hit ADD TO CART in quickshop – item is added. Then you hit ” Checkout with Payal”, then two products fly to the cart (bit scary when you want only one). It adds 1 more item to cart (total 2 – one item with Add to Cart and 1 x item with PayPal checkout). So we are still ending up having 2 products in cart, which shouldnt be the case. Not sure if anyone has this issue – First: The quick shop option is not working with BUNDLE product on magento 2.1 – the pop up opens as normal but no option is available to add the products. 1. In outdoor theme, is it possible to change homepage slider to a single static banner? I want to do this to increase speed.
2. Also for outdoor theme, is it possible to remove banners between new arrivals and featured products?

4. Also, for the outdoor theme, I tried theme out in mobile both the 1.9.2 and the 2.1 version. The 1.9.2 version behaves differently regarding categories and subcategories in mobile.
