Visual Composer is not visible while editing pages

Hello magentech, thank you for your fast answer! I did not get my ticket number or an email notification while creating the support post – that’s why I could not check if I got answers. Maybe there is an error in the autoresponder? It worked on the magentech site.

The answer I got solved my problems directly! Thank you very much. For everyone reading this, the problem occured because I did not have enough knowledge of wordpress & woocommerce – it wasn’t a problem with the theme.
