Try using GeoPeeker.com. It seems the site works in some geographical loctions but not others.

I can not edit my theme in Wordpress. Frontend/Backend editors disappeared and shows me that I can edit it only with WPBakery Page Builder that I need to PAY for separately if I want to update, and when I try ti edit with it deletes all content. Why I need to purchase a separate plugin when in the theme description is stated that it comes integrated visual composer ?
You do not need to upgrade if it still work fines. And with the policy here at Themeforest, you bought the theme, not the plugin so you can only update via our package. After careful checking, we will update and notify you about this.
Hello, it does not work and that is why I need to upgrade and asks me to pay separetely. Yes I buy the theme that says it includes visual composer, why afterwards this theme makes me pay for it in order to upgrade it and be able to work ?
Please download the package again and extract the WP Baker Builder, try to reinstall it if your version is older (check the plugin changelog).
NOTE: Please do a full backup of your side before doing any update.

I take that back, it will load, but only after a delay of around 1-2 minutes. Can you please tell me what changed and what to do to fix this?
For a test, I changed the theme to Twenty Seventeen and the site loaded in less than 1 second with no changes to the plugins installed.
Also, Visual Composer came with this theme, but I don’t see a way how to upgrade the plugin included in the latest version of the theme. Will this be offered like it is in other themes I own that come included?
Okay, just an update. Turned out to be a conflict with the Smush plugin. Once I deactivated it, the site is running smooth again. Turning back on the caching plugins to confirm, but you should look into why Smush and your theme are not working well together.

But we haven’t yet tried to embed Flare with Amazon shop, so we can’t give you support ( it’s out of scope policy support ) but our theme compatible with Woocommerce. Demo Install doesn’t work when child theme is activated, you need to use parent theme probably because the admin js is not loaded

Hi TheRubikThemes, I attempted to submit a support ticket but after hitting submit in multiple browsers, the website just gives a spinning loader forever and the window has to be closed. Also, I can’t install the Demo Content as my host won’t allow a timeout of 1500 nor the PHP 4000. Is there a way around this? I was able to resolve the server timeouts but during demo content import, I still get: The execution failed. Please check error.log.
