I have the Flatastic theme, version 1.1.1, designed by mad_velikorodnov, on a client’s website, and I wanted to know if it is the same theme that you offer, but updated and compatible with PHP 8.3.

The “click import data” is not working, there is a mad_woocommerce_import_start() missing function on the woocommerce-config files. (it doesn’t exist on the whole .zip file). i downloaded 3 times to make sure.

I haven’t used this theme for a long time. ​I want to activate the new website, but it does not accept, please support. ​

Purchased the theme 2 weeks ago, having product image display issue with new version of woo-commerce and still not yet solved. It’s a huge issue for a new online store and the store has been pending because of the theme compatibility with new woo-commerce. Can I get speedy support help or refund please?

I Purchase you theme Aug 2, 2021 then i install this theme on vollencci.com and after some days i change the theme and install riode theme on vollencci.com. Now issue is that today i’m going to add this theme on ​​​mumtaazcollection.pk because i’m not using this theme on my any website but when i add License code the giving me this error:

Your key has been installed on another domain(vollencci.com)

​I also attach the Screen short of Vollencci.com where you can see that this theme is not on this domain.

kindly help me to fix this issue then i will use your theme on mumtaazcollection.pk​

Hi I get this error on my site after updating my theme: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ’MAD_WIDGETS_META_BOX’ not found It breaked the theme in the store page. My support has expired and i cannot open a ticket.

I bought this product sometime and the domain expired. I would like to use the product on my new domain. But I’m getting an error message: The product license code was used on another domain and I need to deactivate it from the former domain then activate it to my new domain. I can’t access the old accounts! The domain account and the hosting account expired. In need your help and support. What can I do?

We have activated the flatastic wordpress theme on the staging ,old site and now we want to activate it again on the live site which is jon the same domain and we get this warning:

Your key has been installed on another domain(xxxxxxxxx.com/shop)

But considering that we are under the same domain shouldn’t this be working?

Could you please activate both sites?so we can have also the testing enviroment?

If this is not possbile please tell us how to deregister the /shop (staging)site so we can proceed with the live one. We tried your support system which is problematic and doesnt the support extended period so we have to right here.In general is very dificult to communicate with you and your support doent let you even to ask for a question if you dont have extended support , which in my opinion did nt needed for us to have two sites activated under the same domain…
