Hi,
Stack – Multi Purpose HTML with Page Builder | Corporate is removed?
Stack was temporarily disabled by Themeforest team as the live preview redirect was not working as expected. Stack was down for around 10 hours. All is returned to normal now.

Hi, I was wondering if I can bring the modal window from the side, like Bootstrap modal does. If so, how I do that? Thanks.
Hi there,
We can help achieve this if you’d like to open a ticket at mediumrare.ticksy.com we can help you directly.
Thanks,

Hi there, that’s called Goodfoot: https://www.1001fonts.com/good-foot-font.html
Hi guys! Is it really to update site from Foundry to Leap? Or this need to rewrite all code?
Or to STACK?
Hi there,
Leap is built purely atop Bootstrap so your site would likely need to be rebuilt if you were planning on going from one to the other.
Thanks,
Craig
Since a few weeks I saw that chrome finds an error in the parallax script: [Intervention] Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener due to target being treated as passive. See https://www.chromestatus.com/features/6662647093133312 h @ parallax.js:1
This happens also on your example page: http://foundry.mediumra.re/home-capital-firm.htmlCould you please find a solution for this?
I just realised that also in my case the solution to remove the scroll assist class from the body tag solves the problem.
Thank you for bringing this up with us. Yes, by removing the scroll-assist class, you are handing full scroll functionality to the browser and it is not overridden by Stack’s scripts then.
The theme shakes/wobbles when we scroll using a laptop mousepad/mouse. Can you help me understand what is causing this issue or how it can be resolved? (Parallax might be a problem, but I am not sure)
It is important as the same can be seen on the live demo that is available on Themeforest.
Please reply asap. Really in need of help. Thank you.

On the body you will see:
<body class="scroll-assist">
Just remove scroll assist class so it just reads:
<body >

Thanks a lot, you rock \m/
I don’t have words for the excellent quality of work you do and the service that you provide.
I have to increase the rating from 4 to 5 on themeforest for foundry and keep an eye on all the themes that you make in the future.
Thanks again!
Great!

is it possible to add some kind of lazy load or infinite scroll to galleries as there very slow to load?
on the html version
Hi there,
The speed of loading will generally depend on the size of your images. You can Compress them using a services such as tinypng.com or you could implement a lazy load plugin if you prefer, https://github.com/verlok/lazyload this is a commonly used one.
Thanks,
Craig
hi there, could you remind the admin page url ?
Hi there, it sounds like you are referring to the WordPress theme admin URL. Please ask TommusRhodus, the author of the WordPress theme version.
Thanks, James
Hello, Is there any part of this theme that will not support PHP 7.x? (For example, mail.php)....Thank you!
Hi,
mail.php is the only server-side script in Foundry, and you should find that it works fine. If there is an issue running the Swiftmailer library on 7.x I can advise you on how to upgrade Swiftmailer to the latest version.

I am having a problem contacting you through the item support despite purchasing the extended support. I’m having issues setting up the forms to send to my email address
Hi there,
I have answered your ticket.

Hi there. I have followed the instructions on the documentation plus some of the suggestions seen here, but i absolutely CANNOT change my logo size! I have tried all the CSS codes in the custom.css file and my logo is always exactly the same size. What do i do if i need to increase it? Thanks
Hi there,
We can assist you on our support system at http://mediumrare.ticksy.com – please open a ticket there and we’ll be able to assist you in resizing the logo.

Hi guys. I just purchased the Foundry theme and was exploring the Variant builder. I am unable to import my images in there. When i select the file i would like to ad, the box closes and the image is not uploaded. How do i proceed? Thanks.
Hi there,
The file will need to be copied to the img folder first, otherwise your browser will not be able to access the image file…

Hello!) glad to see you are still here) Can you please let me knwo if your template might have a page which shows the term and conditions like this page does – https://www.tradingcentral.com/terms-and-conditions/
the page shows a long document in the same page by breaking it into SUBSECTIONS!
Hi there,
No there isn’t a subsection navigator such as this by default. But you could create your own using the inner link navigation that is possible in Foundry.
Thanks,
Craig
Hello medium_rare, is it possible to have the logo carousel rotating the whole time without starting at the beginning after it rotated every element?
Hi there, sorry but this is not possible with the flexslider plugin used in the Foundry template.

Hello. I have only one question. My support has expired, and now I’m dealing with a problem that I do not know if there is a solution. I wonder if it is possible to include the “GDPR compliance” checkbox option in the embed form in the html editor? Now i have just two fields with NAME and EMAIL. I would like to add checkbox for GDPR. My form is allready setup but i dont know how to include it in html. Thank you for you answer.
I have used the platform for many years and worked with designers and engineers for about 9 years to build products for startups. I find this product incredibly extraordinary.
The user interface is beautiful, simple to use etc. One thing that is quite disappointing is the poor interface for mobile devices and some cases even tablets. The desktop interface is really good. My question is, do you plan to push more updates to and ensure that the mobile & tablet interfaces are equally as pleasing as the desktop experience is. Would be interesting to hear your opinion about this topic.
Thank you and again, really good work.
Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your positive feedback! I assume you are referring to Variant? The reason we’ve only ever addressed the desktop use-case is because on tablet and phone, it is not possible to extract the pages from Variant. A desktop browser is required to download the HTML which Variant generates and in most cases is required to upload all the required files and manage images etc.
In a future update (revamp) to Variant, we plan to provide a more ‘holistic’ experience where there is not a requirement to use a desktop browser.

Dose the source code of the html builder included? and if yes can i run it locally on my machine?
Hello, Yes the builder is included in the download, but the source code is minified and obfuscated.
You are expected to run Variant on your own machine, it runs directly from builder.html in the download package.
Hi there, in the masonry gallery, when you hover on the images they become darker: could you please tell me how to disable that? Thank you
Hi there,
Add this to your custom.css file:
.inner-title.hover-reveal:hover:before{ opacity: 0 !important; }
The modal pop up is extremely difficult for users to close on mobile devices. The cross or x on the top right seems almost unclickable and users have to resort to clicking the background for it to close so they may proceed to the page content. Is there a fix for this?
Hello,
You can make the cross bigger if you prefer:
.foundry_modal .close-modal{ font-size: ##px; }
Where you adjust ’##’ to your desired size.
Thanks,
Craig
Hi! I’m newbie (somehow). I would like to use some variant coding assets (elements etc.). Should I use any “special editor”? In browser – any changes (in code) are temporary. Variant also don’t react to in-browser code changes (as I thought).
I can’t find anything about coding except “elements” specs.
Sorry for “low-level” question and thank you in advance for answering!
Hi,
Editing code in the browser is not what Variant is intended for. You should assemble your pages in Variant, then export them and edit the HTML in your favourite text editor.
Although this is not strictly supported, you can make changes in browser by editing contents in the .veu div. This will have unexpected results, but you may have some success. Make sure you make an edit to the content (in page) after editing the code, which will commit the code to the storage.
