You need to add the “user id” and “access token” to the script.js and not the client ID

Unfortunately you can’t mix the templates in this way as they operate on their own CSS, and making a hybrid-template would become a bit messy

Question: Does the Foundry FORM supposed to work as is, or do I need to do anything else? Have not read how to make sure it will work. I have filled out the SMTP mail.php and not sure why it is not working.

You’ll need to follow the documentation to get the mail form working, it does require a PHP enabled server to handle the form submissions.

Hi there, pls help to resolve the issue below.
We are trying to use: $(”.elem”).click(function () { alert(“test”); }); in modal window. Script is not working on click to “div” with “elem” class. If we put this script to body and there to put “div” with “elem” class — script is working, but we need to work it in a normal way in modal window.
What is the problem? And how to run scripts in modal window in pop ups?

Use $(document).on(‘click, ’.elem’, function() {}); instead, that way the binding will stick to the element even after the modal script modifies the markup.

Variant Page Builder starts loading very slowly. I think when you start, you can load material, pictures, and other resources. Can you go through the edit interface before loading this part?

Foundry does not support Google reCaptcha out of the box but it is not difficult to add it yourself. We can assist with this. Please open a ticket and provide your page that you are working on as an attachment, and we will attempt to guide you on adding the reCaptcha.
Stack template has reCaptcha support built-in.

Hi there! I am out of support as when I bought your template the project finally did not start, and as i am now with a new project using your template I have a single question. If you want me to renew support just tell me. Is there any reason for the inner-links to not scroll smootly when they are placed on the nav? I have checked a hundred times and any inner link on the page works except the ones on the nav, which work just as simple anchors with no easing. Also checking the JS there’s no reason for this to not work… My nav links are properly declared and my inspector shows correctly they have an event attached.

File exporting has never been a feature in Safari due to some browser limitations, you can still export your HTML in the code window. If you use Chrome or Firefox – you’ll have the full suite of export options.

Is a framework required? I’m looking for a template that I can use without a framework of any kind, just straight PHP.
Hi, you won’t need any php framework for this. The only files required are the js files and css/fonts etc.
The only PHP files we require you to use are the mail sending scripts for the contact forms, which are supplied, and already configured to work with the javascript to submit via ajax.

can you change the google font links that the builder is using from http to https? If the produced result is used on https websites, Chrome 58 blocks the loading of fonts from http://fonts.googleapis.com/.

I’m having difficulty with the mail portion. I’ve filled out the form like asked but it is still saying the username and email are wrong. I’m receiving an email from Gmail saying someone has tried to access my account. What am I missing?
Hi, Please open a ticket at http://mediumrare.ticksy.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot this. You may need to adjust some security settings in your Gmail account. If you have 2 factor authentication switched on, you will need to use a “one-app” password in your mail.php. Also you may need tick the to “allow less secure apps” box. We recommend setting up a mail account on your hosting server to handle the sending of the website emails. They can still be sent to your gmail.
