Hello, some time ago I bought a license of the Foxic theme. But I can’t use it in my store because I get the following message “Purchase code is already assigned to store https://avenidashop2.myshopify.com."

However, that store no longer exists. I would like to be able to use the theme in my new store. Is there any way to release the purchase code? Thank you so much

The layout is not the same. The menu is not the same. I’m not even talking about the photos. When someone purchases a theme, they expect to add products to match the layout. This was done for me when I bought the theme plus support. They requested I add them to my Users and permissions. They were already there. The banner row is missing. The menu doesn’t match. The product carousel is missing. I don’t understand why it’s an issue to check that out.

Theme is cool support sucks.

The skin is installed – it’s your job to populate the widgets with content. Navigation you need to setup as described in the theme documentation http://big-skins.com/foxic/manuals/#SetupNavigation

When I try to install the Downloads to Shopify, even after following the steps on your help center, it says “Zip does not contain a valid theme: missing “layout/theme.liquid”

I tried logging in to http://help.big-skins.com/ but no activation email was sent to me. Given this, i can’t create a ticket without the activation email. Who can help me create the ticket?
