Oh you gonna support 1.0.0-rc5 looking forward to it. Is rc5 is kinda buggy?

1.0.0-rc5 and it’s currently almost unusable
Could u give more details on this?

Hello,

Yes, we will be supporting the 1.0.0-rc5 and up but they introduced big layout changes in that version and it’s not complete yet. I’m doing my best to inform they about the missing and buggy parts to make sure the library is going to be somewhat stable and usable in the next release candidate version.

Here you can see one of the commits about the layout and breakpoint changes and fixes that is going to be applied in the next version: https://github.com/angular/material/commit/3d65dea8003375ec41cf4ff5be6f1376b85f5a71

Without that commit for example, you can’t build some of the layouts we are using in the Fuse right now because of the missing flex layout options.

Cheers.

I hopeFile upload, tree,Image Crop will be included into the next update

Hello,

The next update is almost here. We are waiting for Angular Material team to fix some of the layout breaking issues to release the next version.

I noted your suggestions though and we will do our best to include them in future releases.

Best Regards.

Is the update scheduled to be released today?

Hello,

No, unfortunately. Looks like it will take couple more days before we release the update due to the current issues with the Angular Material library. We are waiting for them to close couple issues. They introduced very big layout changes on 1.0.0-rc5 and it’s currently almost unusable. Hopefully they will fix those issues quickly and we will be able to release the update.

Thank you for your understanding.

Chhers.

on the todo module, the filters and tags do not work when you click on them in firefox. it seems to work fine in chrome. i noticed on my site but also tried on your preview (http://fuse-angular-material.withinpixels.com/to-do) and had the same issue

one quick question. if i use gulp serve:dist on my pages that i use $http it runs fast and shows a document load of about 20KB. but if i copy that dist folder and run it on apache it ends up showing a document load of about 7MB and is very slow. actually locks the browser for a few seconds… is there something i should be doing different? i do gulp build. then copy the contents of dist to my apache public directory.

nevermind. i added a few extra lines to the htaccess you provide and it seems to have fixed the size and speed issues.

Hello,

I’m glad you figured out the issue. Along with the gzip compression you can also leverage the browser caching from the same .htaccess file to improve the loading times even more.

Best Regards.

Hi,

When do you expect to release the new version with the Scrum board and horizontal scrolling?

Highly interesting!

Thanks!

Hello,

I think you meant horizontal navigation. Both Scrum board app and horizontal navigation will be included into the next update which should be released in couple days. Probably right after the weekend.

Best Regards.

Hi Srcn, theme looks good and interested in using it. But wondered whether there is there a way to stop the material button stuttering when clicked and loading new content? (the animation pauses as the content panel is refreshed)

thanks sam

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that one. It’s an issue with the Angular Material library. If you load fairly simple pages, it will animate almost smoothly but if you load pages with a lot of data or do an API call before the page load, then it will pause until the data has been loaded.

Best Regards.

would it be easy to set loader, add a timeout and wait for animation to finish before loading/processing view? based on your experience with ng material, do you think this could be a valid workaround?

I don’t think that would be possible without modifying the core of the Angular Material library. As far as I know, there is no way to make ripple animation wait.

how can i set the default layout to boxed instead of full width

Hello,

You can add “boxed” class to the body element to set the layout to boxed.

Best Regards.

Awesome work guys. Fuse has been really useful!

Hello,

Thank you for your kind words. I’m glad you are enjoying it.

If you can take couple seconds to rate the Fuse, I’ll be glad. You can do it directly from your Downloads page. It helps us greatly. Thank you for your support.

Also if you have any issues with it, please do not hesitate to contact.

Best Regards.

Hello i need fabric.js implementation (best with action-bar controls as well) is it possible that can be doing with You? Or meybe as a custom work? thanks

Hello,

Unfortunately, we have no time for any custom work so I can’t really help you in this situation, sorry.

Best Regards.

are you going to package an HTML version with this at any time? I love the template but i am not too good with AngularJS yet… actually i’m not good at all with it. I have an existing non-angularjs site i want to use this template on. i just purchased this to see if it would be easy for me to convert but i can’t so if you guys are going to release an html version that would be awesome. i’m deciding on buying another template i like that is all html but i like yours way better.

Hello,

We are not planning to doing an HTML version of the Fuse any time soon. It’s in our future plans list but right now we want to focus on the Angular and Angular Material library.

If you are not going to use Angular, Fuse will not work for you unfortunately. Because it’s entirely build on top of Angular with Angular Material library. Trying to remove Angular will basically make the Fuse useless.

Best Regards.

Great template, but missing form layout samples / documentation, so very hard to guess what classes should go where

Hello,

The next update will include form samples and a form wizard. It will be released in a week, if everything goes according to our schedule.

Cheers.

Hello,

Does this template include a website template?

I also see in the live demo that this template does not include a form template, this is not a problem, since it uses material angular, but could you recommend a compatible rich text editor input ?

Thank you,

Esteban

Hello,

Fuse does not include a frontend template and we are not planning to add one.

Next update will include form templates and a form wizard. We used textAngular as a rich text editor just because it’s written with Angular. But given enough time and effort, you can use any of the rich text editors with Angular I believe.

Best Regards.

Srcn:

This is absolutely brilliant.

Thank you!

Hello,

I tried to open a support ticket but that page is down. My question is about the installation. How can I extract the theme and files inside my ASP.Net MVC (Visual Studio) project?

Best, Alex

Thanks Srcn. Last night when I was buying this theme I knew that I will get caught by this issues. My problem is that I have never used gulp and it seems I need to read little bit more about it since it doesn’t connect to my mind.

One question, the files inside src folder are not the files that I need to add to my project, right?

Have a nice day, Alex

Hello,

/src folder is the actual source of the template. That’s the one you need actually. Everything else are for the gulp and node.js configurations. Basically, you can only grab the /src folder and leave everything behind but obviously then you have to do all the injections manually as well as you have to compile the scss files with using an external app.

My suggestion is, rather than trying to do everything in a traditional way, give it a chance and try to figure out the gulp. It’s not that hard, and I’m sure you can figure it out over a weekend and I can assure you, it’s way more easier and way more fun to use gulp. At first, it might look like an overkill for such a simple task, but once you get used to it, you will never want to go back.

If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to ask. If you have any particular problems, especially with Angular, such as “how to make an API call” or “how to redirect a guest to a certain page”, you can open a support ticket and I will do my best to put you into the right direction by explaining how things work and I can also provide sample codes so you can understand things a little bit better.

Cheers.

Hi again,

No, I will definitely try to use gulp and node.js. I was reading somewhere that I need to download and install nodejs.org first and then start other parts.

Thanks for your encouragement and support.

Best

Hey, before I buy, I am really interested to see how the two functions below looks. is there an opportunity to see screen shots? and when do you estimate they will be updated?

Scrum Board App (Trello like) Gantt Chart App

Hello,

If you send me an e-mail through my Themeforest profile, I can send you a screenshot of planned Scrum Board App.

As for the Gantt Chart App, we are not sure if it’s going to be included into the upcoming update. The component we are planning to use is very buggy at the moment. If we can find a way to iron out some of them, we will include it but I cannot give you any guarantee that it will be included into the upcoming update.

The update should be available in 10 days.

Best Regards.

Hello,

I followed your documentation and installed all required plugins. But i can’t get it work, all styles are missing.

Hello,

I just replied your ticket in our support system. Please check it and let me know if everything is alright.

Hello

Please open a support ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Good work, but I have question in regards to translation. How to deal with it? Adding relevant json files and enabling it by calling $translate.use(lang.code); doesn’t work.

Sorry for my previous post. It does work, but when you have a complete set of translated i18n json files.

Hello,

Yes, the translation could be a little bit tricky. You can check the https://github.com/angular-translate/angular-translate for detailed guides.

If you have any other troubles, you can create a ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com and I will be happy to help you.

Cheers.

Great template, congratulations! I’m about to buy but I’m having some doubts about using this template with Angular-Meteor. Can you tell me if I can use it with Angular-Meteor?

Hello,

Thank you for you kind words.

I don’t have any experience with Angular-Meteor so I can’t really help you in this situation unfortunately. But Fuse is using Angular and Angular Material libraries. If there isn’t any special need for using Angular-Meteor, it might work with it but again, I don’t have any experience with it so I cannot give any guarantee that it will work.

Best Regards.

Fuse only run using Gulp? Because Angular-Meteor user Meteor builder.

Fuse uses gulp and gulp-angular, so I’m guessing that’s not going to work with Angular-Meteor.
