Ok, I run the installation and all that. HOW DO I EDIT THE CONTENTS OF THE THEME? A simple how to customize guide would be really handy. I feel like I wasted money getting something I dont understand really well…. I know angularjs. All am looking for is where to edit the contents
Hello,
Everything, all the javascript, html & scss files are inside the /src folder. I’m not sure what exactly you are looking for, but all the contents are located in there and you can edit them.
Best Regards.
Thank you for your quick response….
In order for you to understand. I will be very clear on my issues. Let me know where you can help. I really appreciate your work. Must have cost you a lot of time. have located the /src folder and am a bit confused. Like for instance;
1. How do I remove the left navigation bar 2. How do I remove translations (Languages) 3. In short HOW DO I REMOVE STUFF? You made this as hard as rocket science yet so good when you are looking at it before you purchase.
Hello,
It’s not that hard. You need to remove the dependencies in order to remove the demo content and they will be removed. You don’t need to do anything else.
If you open a support ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com I can give you examples about how to do it and put you into the right direction.
Best Regards.
I cant submit a support ticket because I cant get a purchase code. How do you get a purchase code?
Never mind.. Just created a ticket. Please assist as discussed
Hello,
I answered your ticket.
Best Regards.
Having the same issues as others with the demo site. After installing and running gulp, its throwing css errors and page doesn’t render properly.
Thanks for the response scrn.
It works now.
Fix is edit the /src/app/core/global-scss/global.scss file and replace the very first line with this one:
@import ’../../../../bower_components/angular-material/angular-material.scss’;
Run gulp and it loads fine.
It is very difficult to create a minimum customization. Do you have any suggestion?
Hello,
Can you open a support ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com and provide a little bit more information about what do you want to achieve?
I can provide you sample codes and put you in the right direction.
Best Regards.
Hi srcn,
We want to buy your theme to start development our project. Would you let me know when Github Repo access and Seed Project feature are available? It will help us a lot in our process.
Regards,
Hello,
The next update will be available in 2 to 3 weeks, which will be including the seed project.
Github access on the other hand will be available after the release of the next update. It might take couple days for us to prepare it.
Best regards.
Considering to buy and found one small the issue so far. When you popup autocomplete dropdown and then scroll the page the autocomplete still will be appeared on the page. Also it should dissapear when you clicking anywhere on the page like it is does here https://material.angularjs.org/latest/demo/autocomplete
Question: if I reference the latest material RC3 would the template still work?
Hello,
Autocomplete works fine for me. It does disappear when I click outside and the scroll is being disabled so you can’t scroll with mouse wheel.
The only thing is, we are using custom scroll plugin, therefore if you scroll the page by grabbing the scrollbar, then it won’t close the autocomplete but that’s a basic z-index issue, nothing more, and I will fix that for the next update. Other than that, everything works fine for me.
Fuse will not work correctly with the latest Angular Material library right now as the library has a lot of breaking changes. Next update will also include a support for the latest Angular Material library.
Best Regards.
Sorry my bad just restarted the browser so when clicking outside the dropdown is actually dissipated. “Scroll z-index issue” – got it.
Thanks for quick reply.
p.s Are u considering to host the theme on github or something so every one who purchases the theme can get access to repo, raise issues, pull requests, etc?
Hello,
Yes, we have plans for doing that. Right now we are in the middle of an update process but once we release the next update, I think I will work on the github repo access.
Also, we will have better separation of the demo content and the core components in the next update so it will be a lot easier to work through github, that’s why I want to wait until releasing the next update before creating the repo access.
Best Regards.
As I read per comments above they saying that it is taking time to start in order to get rid of theme demo content. Any hints on that?
Also I checked the current project structure in the doc it is looking good but got a question a u taking any advantage of https://github.com/johnpapa/pluralsight-gulp sample? There are modules which John Papa named them as blocks. These block modules are used for central exception handling, logging, routing. Also, there is a core module for common functionality and definitions. A service for data access utilizing the $q service is in this core module. Other business modules make use of this dataservice. This will do well for app scaling.
I looked to “generator-gulp-angular” it is looking great it had a lot features to speed up the dev process. At first it was quite tricky to understand how they are injecting the assets and it is turned out that there is an npm package that managing all that automatically. So looks like your dev setup is the best way to go using gulp. There is another project builder called https://webpack.github.io/ it is kind of gulp + browserify in one + easy to configure. What do you think of it and would you consider to use that in the future? (Not pushing webpack. “Generator-gulp-angular” doing great job but just wondering what is your opinion on webpack).
Hello,
Right now the demo content and the actual core are staying together, we didn’t separate them. But that’s one of our goals for the next update. There will be a seed project that only includes the necessary core components and no demo content. So you will be able to start your project right away. It’s not too hard to clean the demo content but of course it takes time so we will definitely taking care of that issue.
There are a lot of automated building systems around. We looked many of them and decided to go with the gulp-angular. I can’t give you an exact reason why we went with gulp-angular because I guess it was bit of a personal choice. But of course we always trying to improve so why not, maybe in the future we can go with another system as well. For the immediate future though, we will stick with the gulp-angular as we want to focus more on the template.
Cheers.
Ok I see. If I will start on the current version do yo have any hints on how to clean? Is it strait forward to integrate the code with API?
Hello,
It’s pretty strait forward to clean up the demo content. You just need to remove their folders and the dependency injections from index.module.js .
If you have any issues, you can open a support ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com and I will be happy to help you as best as I can.
Also I can send some examples about the API integration as well through our ticket system.
Best Regards.
Hi,
I opened a ticket and the private ticket number is #581514…
Please resolve my problem ASAP as my client is waiting for me to start the project from day after tomorrow.
Thanks, Prasad
Hello,
I replied your ticket on our support system.

Hello,
Please open a support ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Best Regards.
Really nice template. I really like the speed of loading . It is also well documented and got response in 4 hours when I faced an issue with sass-gulp.
Only think I’d like to suggest / ask for it is ‘an empty starter project’ , It takes some time to clean out demo staff. It could be a basic nav bar with couple nav-item, top bar and empty main view.
Kolay Gelsin.
Hello,
Thank you for your kind words.
In the next update there will be a “seed project”. Basically, It will only include the core components just as you mentioned and you will be able to start your project without spending time to cleaning up the demo content.
Best Regards. Tesekkurler.
Quick question – This is an admin template, but you have login and other pages which would be used outside of admin environment. So, if we have a website with a few ‘levels’ of use (guest (not logged in), students, teachers, schools and overall admin, would you expect them all to use this one template? or is there another associated template we use for (eg) guests and students or before and after login?
Hello,
You can think the Fuse as a web app rather than a simple admin template. It’s powered by AngularJS so you can easily use the same template both for guests and logged in users. You can restrict some of the areas so only logged in users can access those pages.
Best Regards.
Hey man.. have a date for the next update? And what topics will be add? thx
Hello,
We had some unexpected delays (real life stuff) but right now we are working on the update. Hopefully it will be available in 2 to 3 weeks.
Next update will include the Scrum Board app as well as couple new layout options, new navigation system and other fixes. If you have any suggestions please let us know.
Best Regards.
Oh.. fine, have one suggest.. maybe a horizontal menu option with mega menu be interesting. And a fast action mode, like a one type to search, typing in anywhere with no focus input will open a smart seach with results or actions I think its nice too… And one more question.. what about ecommerce system? Comming soon?
We are already working on the horizontal menu option and the mega menu. So they will be included into the next update.
I was going to include the e-commerce system to the next update but because of the unexpected delays we had, I’m going to push it to a later update, unfortunately. There is a lot of things to do and if I start doing the e-commerce system, update will be delayed even more. And I also don’t want to push things to quickly as I don’t want to release a feature full of bugs.
After the upcoming update, I will start working on the e-commerce system. If everything goes according to our schedule, you can expect to have the e-commerce update in 5 to 6 weeks.
Best Regards.

Hello Sercan,
First off let me start by saying awesome job! Congratz! I did send you an e-mail through your profile then I started digging into comments.
I was thinking how come such awesome theme has such low sales. Then I realized you don’t have an HTML version just yet. That explained pretty much everything.
I also realized many people are waiting for HTML version and also many people made a mistake by thinking HTML versions are also included. That might be due to this theme being under HTML -> Admin Templates category.
Theme forest really should have an option to separate non-HTML themes from HTML themes.
You can also add an info right on the top of the description about this theme not containing any HTML files. That would save tons of time and many headache both for you and customers.
I’m looking forward to see HTML version. Would you be adding HTML files in this one or you would add it as a new product? I’m asking because if you’d add it as an update to this item, I’m planning to purchase it right away.
Who knows maybe I’ll be digging into AngularJS. Although really not fun of such way of development. Since they’re trying to do what server-side languages are doing with a huge difference; browser depended. I believe these two should be separated.
Once again, awesome job. Looking forward to see HTML version.
Good luck with sales.
Hello,
Thank you for your kind words.
But I’m afraid you are wrong about your judgement. Fuse is an HTML template and it does indeed have HTML files included. Otherwise, why would it be under the HTML category?
The main difference is the AngularJS. Rather than jQuery, Fuse uses AngularJS and Fuse itself is an AngularJS module, that’s it. Everything else is still the same, CSS files for styling and HTML files for the actual structure.
Also AngularJS is not a replacement for a server-side language or a technology. You still need a backend technology. But in my opinion, it’s way more elegant than jQuery and the fact that it is built for creating single page applications, makes it even more powerful.
You should give it a try, you won’t regret it I can promise that.
Best Regards.
Thank you for your reply.
Well I just Googled AngularJS and I realized I’ve mistaken it with Node.js at the time I was writing my comment (it has been a long week for me).
I guess I couldn’t make myself clear. It is more about what people understand when they look at a category name less about how the project / item is built. This creates confusion among buyers thus giving headache to both parties (buyers & authors).
Although I like to go with pure JavaScript or jQuery (if I’m lazy or on a short deadline), I’ll definitely take a look at AngularJS as soon as I get the free time. Thanks for the advice.
Nevertheless I’m going to wait for standard HTML version as this is going to be more comfortable for most of the projects.
I wish you best of luck with your projects.
Hi there, Interested by your theme but have got 2 questions:
1. I red an earlier post where one guy was struggling to remove demo stuff from the theme. He ended using another theme. Your answer was that you would certainly work on a seed version in a coming update. When I read your documentation, it should be easy to remove any unused modules. I’m a bit confused by the fact that you just seemed to acknowledge that this is indeed not easy to remove the various pieces from the demo. Can you clarify?
2. If I was to use this theme, I would like to use typescript instead of plain javascript. I noticed that the yeoman-angular-gulp generator has support for typescript but was wondering if you had any experience or comments regarding the integration of typescript into the workflow.
PS: Considering your knowledge and skills, it would be great if you were going a step further and adopt a component based approach for angular 1.x development… Basically, using that approach you are mostly building directives (components) – which is similar to what you will do with angular 2. Combined with webpack or browserify, it allows for a much modular approach. Instead of bower, you would require libs from node_modules – npm (yes, even client modules) and basically, you would even require ‘css’ within the source that needs it. As good as John Papa approach is, it already shows its age.
Hello,
1. Removing the modules hence the demo content is actually easy as you already read in the documentation but there are still couple things you need to remove manually in order to completely remove the demo content from the template. Those were the stuff I’ve been talking about.
I personally used Fuse in one of my real world personal project as well and I can say that while it’s relatively easy to remove the demo content, there are still some stuff that needs to be done such as removing the dependency injections etc. that can clearly give some headache to someone that just bought the template. Also considering some of the approaches we’ve been using are fairly new to a lot of developers, including the Angular itself, I agreed that it still needs some work in order to create much more elegant experience.
2. Right now I don’t have any experience with Typescript but I’m following it really closely and will definitely start doing some work with it in the future. But for now, I can’t really help you with that, unfortunately.
Also I’d like to share some of my opinions about your notes. I can definitely see myself and my colleague moving towards typescript and component based structures but for now, we’d like to keep things as it is. One of the main reasons for that is the libraries we are using. They mostly follow some of the approaches we’ve been following, including the John Papa’s so we’ve decided to keep things a little bit more in that side to keep things consistent within the template.
Best Regards.
Do you have an pure html version?
Hello,
Unfortunately, we don’t have a pure html version of the Fuse at the moment.
Best Regards.
Hi,
I managed to get the theme working in RTL mode, it was pretty easy actually, however the theme has two missing features.
1- Form validation, it has some the basic red underline but nothing else… 2- Form wizard, this one is a little trickier since angular-material doesn’t have it out of the box!
Hello,
We are planning to adding Forms and a Form Wizard to the upcoming updates. Next update will be a little bit on the major side so it might take a little bit more time but it will have a lot of new features I can promise that.
Best Regards.
any news on the update? any timeframe
Hello,
It’s coming along nicely and should be ready in 10 days.
Best Regards.
Awesome job on this angular admin template! I love john papa’s stuff. Before I buy, I wondered if the Login/authentication is hooked up to some db or is it checking client side xml? How is working I guess is my question or how would I deploy it on my site? thanks, brandon
Hello,
Thank you for your kind words.
Authentication is not hooked up to anything, it only has templates and styling. We didn’t include any authentication service or didn’t hook it up to anywhere as everybody has different solutions for their own apps and because of that, including a certain way may cause more trouble than it solves.
If you don’t need to do some fancy redirections or don’t need to use subdomains (which can be really painful depending on your situation), it’s relatively easy to hook up an authentication system.
Basically you will need an API that you can access to validate the credentials and then keep the response that comes from that server in an Angular service. As long as your app lives, that service will hold the response and then you can check whether the user is authenticated or not if he/she tries to access to a restricted area.
Of course if you reload the app by refreshing the page, than you have to have a cookie or something in the local storage that tells your service to automatically log the user in otherwise they would have to authenticate every time they refresh the browser page. It’s not a big deal, but it might get annoying.
Best Regards.
Hello,
Please check your demo template, I cannot access it?
Thanks
Hello,
We are doing some maintenance on the host, you should be able to access it now, please try again.
Best Regards.

Hi,
Nice work!
How hard would it be to add RTL support. As far as I know, angular-material already support rtl
Hello,
We actually have plans for adding RTL support to theme. As you already said, Angular Material has built-in support for RTL but we still need to do a lot of modifications and little tweaks here and there in order to make it look good, so I would say it will need quite a bit of work.
I’m not sure when we will be able to work on the RTL but it’s definitely in our todo list.
Best Regards.
Is not working. CSS does not. Help me, please. I did all the manual.
Global CSS configured wrong. Bower way is to: ../../../. This error occurs.
Hello,
Please open a support ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
