We bought the theme long back and we wanted to update our installation. I downloaded the latest version from themeforest. However, it does not have WP Bakery Page builder in the plugins. After updating everything other than page builder plugin, my site ran into critical error and this is the mail I received:
WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WPBakery Page Builder.Since this plugin comes with the theme, I would expect the latest version to be bundled with the theme files. Can you look into this and send me the latest plugin version? Our support expired long back and I do not think I need to renew it to get the latest files. I am not asking for any support on the theme right now.
Hope you understand and revert on this on a priority basis.

Hi! You can update WP Bakery Builder by way:
Deactivate and delete plugin -> go to Appearance -> install plugins -> reinstall WP Bakery

We are receiving a 400 error for Google Fonts from the theme now. The Google error says “400: Invalid selector Value not within axis bounds of wght Roboto:ital,wght@0,0,1001,1000,3001,3000,4001,4000,5001,5000,7001,7000,9001,900^” These are values being added from the theme itself. None of the Google Fonts are being loaded because of this console error. Please advise if indeed theme related or if it’s a known issue?
