Because we bought the Visual Composer with our account (Extended License) and integrate it into our theme. So you can not activate the Revolution Slider license key which is included in the theme package. You can use the plugin without activating the license key. If it releases a new version, we will update and include it into our theme.

Ive tried to hide specific elements on mobile using CSS but no luck. Can you help? I want to hide them because I adjusted the margins for specific elements and they look fine on my computer but not on mobile. It’s a whole mess.

And 100 in stock for other attributes.

It is because you didn’t yet update the Visual Composer plugin. You go to the Plugins page and delete the current Visual Composer plugin. Then, you go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install it again.

We released a new theme version which is compatible with WooCommerce 2.6 yesterday. We have some notes for you before updating:
- If you installed the third party plugins, you should contact the plugin authors to make sure that all your plugins are compatible with WooCommerce 2.6.
- WooCommerce 2.6 recommends to use PHP 5.6. So you should contact your hosting provider to upgrade PHP.
- Because WooCommerce has many changes (database, function). So we no longer support the old version of WooCommerce. If you update the theme, you will have to update WooCommerce.
- You should backup your site before updating or create a test site for WooCommerce 2.6.
- After updating, you should delete your browser cache and cache of the caching plugin.
- If you see any problems of our theme about compatibility with WooCommerce 2.6, please open a ticket here https://skygroup.ticksy.com/ and give us your website information. We will check it.

I checked with WeDevs. There is a store.php file in the Dokan plugin. Is there a store.php file for Dokan in your theme as well? I wish I could test the Dokan plugin on your site. I tried a few other themes but they don’t play well with Dokan.

Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. The vendor store page is always the most difficult to match a theme. As seen in your second screenshot, the store side bar is not there. Their categories, store location and the store contact form. I have this challenge with lots of themes to make it all line up correctly.

Hi, There are some problems after last update, and it happens for many customers.
It’s about variable products with options. It happens that sometimes, when customers try to put item in the cart, there appears error message “Please choose product options”, though options is chosen, and it’s not possible to continue with shopping, than customers complains!
I experienced the same thing, and it seems that the pages doesn’t load finished and completely, and there missing some object’s and functions on the page. So it’s needed to reload page in the browser, sometimes couple time so it load it completely. But the customers doesn’t know it!
We are lousing many orders and customers…

Did you update WooCommerce 2.6? If yes, please downgrade it now. We are checking it and will release a new theme version as soon as possible. You should only update the recommmended plugins after you update the theme and see a notification about updating the plugins. Also, WooCommerce 2.6 is a big update. Some plugins may not work with it. So, if you install the third party plugins, you should check to make sure that all third party plugins are compatible with WooCommerce 2.6 before updating.
