I’m using your full package demo. It works perfect. But when I activate my child theme, footer error, menu error..its not follow exactly like the parent theme..how to fix it…Please help.Thanks.

It is because Menus, Widgets and Theme Options are set for the current theme (the parent theme). When you activate the child theme, you will have to set it up again. Or if you can edit database, you will open the wp_options table. You copy the value of the theme_mods_Gon option to the theme_mods_gon-child option. Please backup your database before doing this.

Sorry but I still not seeing where the discounts are being applied, the link you supplied reports the cost at $34 is that a discounted price or will an additional discount be applied to that amount? Also I had asked about the Revolution Slider discount also. Your Marketing page specifically says (Save $34) and Save ($19) can you elaborate on where the savings actually get applied. It seems that we misunderstood . We say (Save $34) and (Save $19) because we bought the Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plugins (Extended License) and integrate them into our theme. So you can use them without buying them. But you can not update them by yourself. We will update them when they release a new version. If you want to update them by yourself, you will have to buy your own license ($34 for Visual Composer and $19 for Revolution Slider). But we don’t recommend this. Because we will need to test every new version of plugins before updating them for our theme.

1. First, you select number of columns in the Menu editor http://prnt.sc/c4unr2. Than, you use the Custom Menu widget to add the menu column. Each Custom Menu widget is a column. For more information, please read our documentation http://demo.theme-sky.com/documentation/gon/#menu.
2. You edit the row which contains the video background. In the Row settings panel, you select the Background tab. You change the video url in there http://prnt.sc/c4uq7f.
3. Please let me know what plugin are you using? And the particular page which you want to redirect to?
5. You edit the Product shortcode in the Page editor. In the settings panel, you find the Show product categories option and set it to No http://prnt.sc/c4usp7.
6. You can use the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/. But we didn’t customize for this plugin. So its style is different with our Newsletter form.

1. The Header Layout option in the Shop page is only used for the Shop and Category pages. It is not used for the single product page. The header layout of the single product page uses the global setting in Theme Options > Header tab. If you want, I can also help you customize it. 2. To configure the product layout 2, you go to Theme Options > Product Details tab. You set Product Thumbnails Style to Horizontal, Product Tabs As Accordion to On, Product Tabs Position to Inside Summary.

You need to update the theme and the ThemeSky plugin. It will work correctly. For more information about updating the theme, please read our documentation.
You should only update the recommended plugins (include WooCommerce) after updating the theme and see a notification about updating the recommended plugins. Because if you update the plugins without updating the theme, it may not work with our theme. And you should delete your browser cache after updating.
