If you imported our demo content, the footer content was also imported. You can read our documentation to know how to configure the footer. If not, you have to make it by yourself. There is an update available for Visual Composer and I cant update it. I contacted them and they told me that since it came in the theme, you guys have to update it and “push” it to me. I cant use Visual Composer until its updated so please help.I dont know what all information you guys need. I can send admin log in credentials if needed. Just let me know.

We included the latest version of Visual Composer in our theme. To update the Visual Composer plugin, you delete it. Then, you go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install it again. You can also find the plugin package in the themes/gon/framework/plugins folder.

First I would like to congratulate you on your theme. It’s really a nice and easy to use theme. Great job! Now, I’m trying to have the bullets on the slider revolution display the individual slides titles on the bullet points (navigation). So on the slider, each slide should have a different title that appear under the bullets navigation. What I have now is that it displays the title but it says “slide” and I would like to have with individual names of my choice. How can I achieve this?

To enable the registration form, you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts tab. You find the Enable registration on the “My Account” page option and check it http://prnt.sc/azo0tk.
If you import our demo content after we released the supermarket 3 home page, you will see the supermarket 3 homepage in your pages. Its name is Home supermarket 3. If not, you can copy the sample content from our documentation here http://demo.theme-sky.com/documentation/gon/#home-pages and then edit it.

It seems that you disabled the breadcrumbs and the page title on the shop page. You go to the Shop page in wp admin. In the Page Options box, you check the Show Breadcrumb and Show Page Title options as my screenshot http://prnt.sc/axvf1x.
About testimonial, we remove all html before showing it. Because there may be some issues if html is also displayed. If you need to change it, you open the content_shortcodes.php file in the plugins/themesky/shortcodes folder. You find the ts_testimonial_shortcode function. You change the code on line 324 and 349 in this function.

Because you do not purchase directly the Visual Composer plugin. We bought it (Extended License) and integrate it into our theme. So you can not use the license key which is included in the package to update the plugin. When the plugin releases a new version, we will be careful to test and update it before we release a new theme version. You can read this article for more information about Visual Composer license.
