Because you do not purchase directly the Visual Composer plugin. We bought it (Extended License) and integrate it into our theme. So you can not activate the license key with your account. You can use the plugin without activating the license. When the plugin releases a new version, we will be careful to test and update it before we release a new theme version. You can read this article for more information about Visual Composer license.

I’m trying to upload a breadcrumb background image and it keeps getting very pixelated. What is the size of the image that you guys have on the demo site? Thanks!

The width of the breadcrumb background image should be at least 1920px. If you use the breadcrumb layout #1 and enable parallax, the height should be greater than 700px. I think you might select a thumbnail, not the original image. When you select image, you should set the Size option to Full Size. Please see my screenshot http://prnt.sc/aw1iun.

Hi, Thanks for coming back to me. I’m a bit confused and believe I’m doing something wrong. I’ve activated so the theme is responsive still all my revolution sliders are way to big for the screen. I’ve used your measurements and still they get pixelated. The quality and resolution of the image is really good so the problem isn’t the image.
On your demo pages the slider seem to adapt to the computer screen, which mine doesn’t. This is really frustrating and I can’t seem to figure out what I am doing wrong. I would appreciate some guidance.

There seems to be a jump when scrolling down on the “home catelog” page – It’s view able on your demo page as well:

Hello. Not possible to translate the term ‘Read More’ present in shortcode which displays the latest blog posts.
I give examples here in a domain test in which I am riding the store.
eg1: http://www.felippe.net/blog/ ‘Read More’ at the end of each post listed. (shortcode blog monsary)
eg2: http://www.felippe.net/ – the end of the page shortcode to show the latest news there is also a ‘Read More’ that can not be translated .
However , elsewhere in the translation functions, such as related posts.
eg3: http://www.felippe.net/drag-and-drop-page-builder-integration/ – The term ‘Read More’ is translated correctly to ‘Leia Mais’ .
Note: the term ‘Read More’ is correctly translated in the translation file using Loco Trasnlation.

The Read More word in the shortcode is located in the ThemeSky plugin. So you need to find and translate it in the ThemeSky plugin.

1. how do change the 404 page? It’s currently an image there that doesn’t go well with our brading.

The problem is not WordPress. You need to upgrade PHP version to 5.3 or greater. WordPress requires PHP version 5.6 or greater https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/. But our theme only requires PHP version 5.3 or greater http://demo.theme-sky.com/documentation/gon/#requirements-compatibility.
