Hi,

The logo won’t change on mbile.

On the website on laptop it goes from dark writing to white writing, which it is meant to.

On mobile the background is black and the writing is black and I’m unable to change it on the customize tab. It showing that the mobile logo has changed but it’s not showing on the mobile version.

I also tried to change the background colour but nothing changed.

I have tried it in an incognito version of windows and its still the same.

Do I have to change the mobile logo somewhere else and I’m missing it?

Hello, I purchased support for this theme and I am not getting any support response. After scrolling through other posts for this theme I am starting to see there are a lot of issues with this theme. I am too far into scrapping the theme and starting with something else. I really need to get this theme to work properly. So, my question is, how do I get tech support for this theme? Issues are:

The website takes forever to come up.
There hasn’t been any update since 05/27/21.

Periodically lose tabs.

Numerous errors with plugins/permalink-manager.
Need to purchase WPBakery Page Builder to update the plugin. This is supposed to be included.

SUPPORT SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK

I have tried to decipher their support system and unfortunately I see that from the first day of purchase, their support posts are failing.

I have not been able to create a post in your forum, it marks an error. (All the fields are filled in and obviously logged in).

Can you give normal support from here? What happens when we have to give you the passwords, everyone will see them from here.

In the white theme demo under “what we offer” there are 4 blocks. What if we need 6 ? Can that be easily done and where will those other 2 boxes come ? Below the 4 or in a scroll ?
