Hi there, The theme will be updated as soon as possible and you will for sure be notified once it is released. The theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

Thank you for letting me know – the theme does seem to run OK on Wordpress 6.2.1.
However when I try and increase the PHP from 7.4 to 8.0 or 8.1 I get the dreaded white screen of death and no website.
Please can you let me know what PHP the theme has been tested with? I understand PHP 7.4 I snot being supported, and 8.0 is security fixes only. So really the theme needs to work with PHP 8.1. Please can you let me know. Thank you.
We haven’t tested the theme with PHP 8.1, however, compatibility with PHP 8.0 was added in the updates.

Hi,
Hazel Brigitte – I have downloaded the theme 2 weeks ago, so I assume I have the latest update. I am tying to use the replacement for Visual composer, WPBakery, but I need to update the plugin. To do so, I am told to buy a license, or wait for the owner of the them to update it and “push it” to me.
Can you tell me how that works.

Hi there, all the css settings I add on the options panel are not being applied; I checked the console and I can see two errors: wp-content/themes/hazel/css/style_dynamic_responsive_callback.php?ver=6.1.1 net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden) wp-content/themes/hazel/css/style_dynamic_callback.php?ver=6.1.1 net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden) So it looks like it is not making the css file from the settings? I thought it might be a permissions issue but I did 777 in all files and folders and the same. So all the website has the default settings, colors, images, etc. Please help! this is on an offline intranet so I cannot share the login credentials as it’s not available over the Internet, it is not online; everything was working fine a few days ago so don’t know what happened. I have tried disabling all plugins except the Hazel ones but same thing happens. Thanks so much!

due to privacy laws in Germany I need to make sure Google Fonts are loaded locally from our server. I can implement that easily, however how can I best remove the google fonts code from the theme without removing the font completely and/or reaking the CSS ?

1) Hazel theme demo content is created by using WPBakery Page Builder plugin that comes with our theme and for which we created some specific elements. We would recommend that you use it to edit and build content for your site.

Theme support three level menus by default, so if you wish to have more levels, you can search for a 3rd party plugin for this or you will have to do some custom coding. Please note that we have not tested every available plugin and cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins available. Hi, I just updated to the latest version (4.6) and, as always, deactivated, deleted, installed and activated WPBakery and LayerSlider. Worked fine for WPBakery but the LayerSlider when trying to install it (after deactivating and deleting it) shows this message: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided. Could you help please? Mobile Navigation is broken in the latest update (4.5) similar to a user that commented on here. Unfortunately my support has ended.
Hopefully another update will fix this.

We managed to reproduce this behavior when page transitions are turned off and the fix should be included in the next update. In the meantime please navigate to Select Options > General Options and set page transitions to “Fade” as shown in screenshot. After that mobile menu should work correctly.

Just wanted to add to the fact that the mobile menu is not working since the most recent update. I’ve disabled all plugins in use across all sites and it’s common to all of them – so it is Hazel related.
This is a new bug caused by Hazel and my ‘support’ period has expired. I don’t think I should have to pay to tell you about this.

We couldn’t reproduce this behavior on our local installation. Please check if you’ve also updated Hazel Core plugin to latest version. When updating theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

All updated as I always have done since 2014 with this theme. The previous two commenters have the same issue – are we all making identical mistakes? To reiterate, this is happening on multiple installs – not just one.
The mobile menu appears fine but when you click a link, it just closes the mobile menu. First time this has happened with this theme.
It worked perfectly on 4.4.1.
I rolled back to 4.4 (but with current plugins) and the mobile menu works again. An update will need to be pushed.

Hi, We have upgraded from 3.1.0 to 4.4.1. Everything is fine except the porfolio items don´t show the “show more” button any more. Also the portfolio items don´t show the grid properly, every image has different sizes which didn´t happen before.

Hi! I have followed the suggestions of how to upgrade everything, I have also upgraded WP Bakery to 6.4.2. I created an account for support but it says “Support for “Hazel – Creative Multi-Concept Theme” item has expired”.
