Hello, my support just expired, but I forgot to submit one last ticket for a woocommerce issue and I was hoping you could help. The product title on the product page is not aligned on mobile. The first word is on a different line than the rest of the title. Any CSS ideas that might help?

The current version of the theme can be used with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.0. It hasn’t been fully tested yet with PHP 8.3.

The theme is supported and we will continue to update it, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.

I am having an issue with my main logo cutting into the navigation menu. I can’t resize without losing quality. What CSS or settings can I put it in to ensure it doesn’t cut into the navigation items? I tried logging in to submit a support ticket but it just says “Working” and is not letting me log in to Qode Interactive.

I was finally able to log in to Qode Interactive, but when I go to register a product (I assume that’s where you go to submit a support ticket?), it says my theme is not yet activated. How do I get it to show activated or what is the best way to submit a support ticket? Thank you!

Once you submit a ticket your theme will be activated on the Help Center. To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article – How To Submit A Ticket.

When updating theme and bundled plugins we recommend following instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.

After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is very important that you update and activate Hazel Core plugin which will be listed there. Without Hazel Core plugin Theme Options and Portfolio tab won’t appear.

Hi, I would like to install the latest Layer Sider 7.9.9 and WPBakery Page Builder 7.4 (which are bundled with the theme I purchased) for my site. I went to Qode help centre to submit a ticket but the status said expired. Should I buy support every time I need to install the latest plug-ins? Hi there, The theme will be updated as soon as possible and you will for sure be notified once it is released. The theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

Hello. Is the current version of the them compatible with Wordpress 6.2?

We haven’t tested the theme with PHP 8.1, however, compatibility with PHP 8.0 was added in the updates.

Hazel Brigitte – I have downloaded the theme 2 weeks ago, so I assume I have the latest update. I am tying to use the replacement for Visual composer, WPBakery, but I need to update the plugin. To do so, I am told to buy a license, or wait for the owner of the them to update it and “push it” to me.

Can you tell me how that works.

Hi there, all the css settings I add on the options panel are not being applied; I checked the console and I can see two errors: wp-content/themes/hazel/css/style_dynamic_responsive_callback.php?ver=6.1.1 net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden) wp-content/themes/hazel/css/style_dynamic_callback.php?ver=6.1.1 net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden) So it looks like it is not making the css file from the settings? I thought it might be a permissions issue but I did 777 in all files and folders and the same. So all the website has the default settings, colors, images, etc. Please help! this is on an offline intranet so I cannot share the login credentials as it’s not available over the Internet, it is not online; everything was working fine a few days ago so don’t know what happened. I have tried disabling all plugins except the Hazel ones but same thing happens. Thanks so much!

due to privacy laws in Germany I need to make sure Google Fonts are loaded locally from our server. I can implement that easily, however how can I best remove the google fonts code from the theme without removing the font completely and/or reaking the CSS ?

The link that you provided us with isn’t from our Hazel theme, that was developed by Qode Interactivebut by some other ThemeForest author. In this link you can see our Hazel theme demos.

1) Hazel theme demo content is created by using WPBakery Page Builder plugin that comes with our theme and for which we created some specific elements. We would recommend that you use it to edit and build content for your site.

2) We do have our testimonial element that you can read more about in our theme documentation here.

My main menu has 4 level menus, but on the theme only two levels appear. How can I make it so that all level of submenus appear or is there a way to make a wide or mega menu? Thanks!

Theme support three level menus by default, so if you wish to have more levels, you can search for a 3rd party plugin for this or you will have to do some custom coding. Please note that we have not tested every available plugin and cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins available. Also, note that changes in template files are not included in item support, sorry about that.

Hi, I just updated to the latest version (4.6) and, as always, deactivated, deleted, installed and activated WPBakery and LayerSlider. Worked fine for WPBakery but the LayerSlider when trying to install it (after deactivating and deleting it) shows this message: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided. Could you help please? Thanks!

Mobile Navigation is broken in the latest update (4.5) similar to a user that commented on here. Unfortunately my support has ended.

Hopefully another update will fix this.

We managed to reproduce this behavior when page transitions are turned off and the fix should be included in the next update. In the meantime please navigate to Select Options > General Options and set page transitions to “Fade” as shown in screenshot. After that mobile menu should work correctly.

Is there a way to have access to a list of all the js and css the theme uses? I do not use all of the themes functions and was hoping to deactivate some of them
