I have bought the Hera onepage theme. After upgrading to the latest version of wordpress, wp bakery doesn’t work, and also needs to be upgraded and activated to latest Version. Since i purchased the theme, it was included from start, and i don’t have the lincense/activation key.

Is this somthing i can get from you?

Wordprss shows this Message in yellow ”. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”

I love the Hera template. The problem is working with WP Bakery… you have to make Hera for Elementor.

Good day! Problem of theme install – most of plugins doesn’t install automatically. How does it could be solved??

I have a youtube video running as background in template page, but cannot modify the duration of playing, it stops after running about 3s and has a weird hop to beginning of the loop. How can I adjust that?

Also Icon Boxes tend to show icons only occasionally when loading with firefox.

Hello, my support has expired but i never used it, because i was never been able to build my own website due to school and work. I recently decided to build it. And i really love hera split screen template.

I wonder if there is a setting that allow me to show just specific categories of portfolio on each page. I don’t want to show them all.

I think i can figure it out with custom css per page and display:none those categories. But it does not make sense, there must a better and easy way.

Im looking for your urgent help. I don’t want to use another template just because of this. But it is necessary for me

I purchased the HERA theme, and the widget import is not working. I have the plugin installed, and am choosing “hera-widgets.wie” but I am getting the following error message: You must upload a .wie file generated by this plugin.
