Customers are having issues with looking at accurate pricing. Products that have different colors/quantity packaging only show the cheapest cost and it does not change until they checkout.

I want to delay the pop-up so it can come upfront when user intends to exit. Is that possible?
And do you have a better documentation? The existing one is not complying with the new shopify dashboard. So I don’t know how can I add the faqs page in my store even if I did follow all the steps from your old documentation.

About the FAQs page, how can I activate the demo template as instructed from your documentation? The platform has changed so it doesn’t fit with your old documentation, so I can’t follow the process accordingly.

For choosing the template for your FAQs page, please go into the admin panel -> Pages -> Add a page -> write in the title field page name -> select Visible -> select template: page -> save this page.

I knew about how to add a page. The problem is that in your documentation it’s saying that should populate automatically after selecting the FAQs template.

Submitted a ticket here last Thursday
https://www.magentech.com/submit-a-ticket/submit-ticketYour system shot me a green message bar across the top saying that the ticket had been submitted. I even did it twice to make sure it went through. Never got a confirmation email an now it appears as though the ticket has been deleted.
In any case, there’s still been no response to the query directly from Shopify either and made at the same time.
in any case, I’m not sure if you guys did an update between last Monday and Thursday, but we went in and a significant number of customization we’d previously make to the home, shop, and product pages were all wiped out.
