Make sure about “theme.yaml” file in the Child Theme. Should look like this

name: "Example" 
description: "My Company's Branding" 
author: "Hosting Company, L.L.C."

  parent: six

The parent theme must be “hostrocket” < the theme folder name.

Try it and let me know if it’s working or not.

1) About the Captcha issue, you need to contact the WHMCS support team https://www.whmcs.com/support/

2) ‘Child theme’ is not supported in the WHMCS. There is a plugin to do that but we didn’t try it, https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/4207

By the way, you can customize the template style using the “custom.css” file, this file will not be touched by the updates.

About the slow server, what do you mean exactly, it seems working very well, by the way our template has more css styles and fonts.

You can cancel “robot” font by removing it from “style.css” file, jus remove this line ”@import url(”../fonts/roboto/font.css”);”.

When you connect to the website it is a bit slow when we have your template, but not with “six” template.

As I said, our template has images, fonts, and more styles. the six template in your example has little content, that’s why the loading is quicker than our template.

The live chat button seems working now.

Thanks. But.. the thing is. Our website is really slow, and it is not because of the hosting.

I did test our website (frag-hosting.com) via https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ and it gave kinda bad results.

And the good thing with that website is that it gives you suggestions how you can make it faster. Anything you can look in to?

We will work on the optimization to solve all the issues mentioned in Google insights.
