Suddenly home page content is missing, was fine then just gone can’t get it back

Hi we sent messages here also more than 20 days ago and no reply even here. It doesn’t make sense, when you send a reply to a ticket, you mark it resolved, what if it is not resolved for us and need to reply to you? We have lost around 1 month for the support period because no replies at all from you.

We saw you write a lot of new messages for other problems in the same ticket of solved problems.

Your ticket has a very long content with a lot of messages inside. These kinds of tickets can be filtered by the system to avoid spam.

In this case, whenever you don’t see any replies, you should create a new ticket to submit your problem again.

we have an old version of this theme (VERSION 0.8.3) and we want to update it. Should I download and instal all the patches separatly all the way to 1.7.0? And the patches older then 1.1.0 are not available on your change log page.

The version you are using is too old. In this case, you should download the file infinit-magento2-ver1.7.0-themepackage.zip from Themeforest and unzip it into your Magento root directory. After that, run the upgrading steps normally:

1. Step 1: Import the _page-full-width.less.css file:

Just want to say great job with the recent release and the inclusion of the ability to copy/save the [JSON] code for the whole “content block” and for rows and elements in the builder. You should have marketed this as a new feature (I didn’t see it anywhere)...the ability to move this code to another block/page is awesome, makes it super easy to move content around :grin:. Kind of like what WP Bakery recently did for their Wordpress plugin – allowing you to easily copy and backup code for the elements. Another step up from there would be to see, modify and save the code in real-time like in Wordpress – but this is still really nice so no big deal.

But overall, nice update :grin:, a few other small improvements I noticed as well
