Support was bit late, but appreciate the way they handled my request. I have seen complaints about speed but it purely depends on the hosting that we are using. Im using cloudways digital ocean with 4gb RAM. Its working very well. Its looks professional with this theme.

Best theme in market

While they may take a little bit to answer, the solutions are clear, concise and expertly executed.

The theme is too slow to respond to the users. They have to wait more than 6s before they can use, the menu of theme.... I'm very dissapointed. Morever even if I enable all the optimisation of magento and http/2 the theme is too slow in the product page.
I hope that you will increase the performance of your theme.

And since your update, we can not update the main content of your website....
