4. only submission page is customizable with custom field.
5. Yes we have visual composer. you can create a lot except templates.

First of all thanks for interested in our theme. we just released and plan to add more things.

1. we have not checked 5000. we checked 500. I have read in themeforest forum more pin is related your hosting. we may keep trying to have solution for that. most of data are serialized as well.

2. We will add claim option. currently we only have “assign” option. you can assign to your users for now.

3. We have custom fields and we will also have customizable searching part.

4. I guess it depends on what kinds of custom fields you need to add. as far as I know it’s little different from just directory theme. we have experience with property theme. I will see what we can do for it.

5. Yes they can save any of lisngs (items) and we will have a update soon. they can display only “my favorite items” on map. so it’s good for users.

Thanks Rob. All good to hear, I am using another directory/real estate theme that was great however again myself and many other people ran into the issue of it not working (mainly the pins on map) when over 1,000 properties were loaded. This was an issue because the pins were being loaded on the browser side and not the server side. Would be great to switch over to your theme if it solves that issue.

yes,
not yet. but It will be options hide/show.. you can hide some options such emails, phone number, author… disable / able events, ratings, reivews.. we will try to have options to do for most of common section.
