I have never face issue like this. This theme has no demo content, no support, just big fooled home page. I want my REFUND.

Why do you want to pay for a premium installation when your hosting supports theme forest and we’ve installed several themes for the past 4-5 years? It’s a clever way to make money by not supplying the entire paper and then demanding payment for assistance. By pretending to be innocent, you are deceiving the public. I’ve seen many comments that you don’t provide any documentation help, then blame the hosting provider and use other tricks to persuade clients. I’ve already given you one star, and if there is a negative rating, I will definitely give it to you, as well as making this public so that everyone knows your business strategy of making money this way. It is preferable to issue a refund for not giving a complete set of items to set up your theme.

I just recently purchased this template and I am experiencing an issue loading the demo content. I have attempted to follow the instructions provided. I have changed my PHP settings to 7.4. I tried finding the htaccess file and it doesn’t exist. Searched for the PHP.ini file and I was unable to find it. I changed the access settings for the wp-content folder to “777” I attempted to locate the demo content files in the “archive you have downloaded from Themeforest.” None of these instructions have worked. I have contacted my provider and their is nothing wrong on their end. Please advise the next steps or provide me with a refund.

Each WordPress installation must have htaccess file. In case you are missing this file this may already indicate that your hosting provider restricts permissions by default.
This also means that you may need to adjust permissions of root folder where wordpress is installed not wp-content only.
Can you please provide some example of error you experiencing?
I was able to install the entire template. I am unable to install the demo content.
The error that I am receiving is “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

NEVER post your access data in public areas like including comments forms here on Themeforest. After connecting to your website we found out that it was already compromised by other third party.
Currently your website is being flooded with spam comments and admin right changed to other email address.

I recommend you wipe your website completely and install new instance of WordPress immediately as it might be infected by malware.

Demo content is built into the theme it is not provided as separate files as default WordPress importing tools can not handle various configuration options. Please follow this guide: https://kenzap.blog/how-to-install-wordpress-theme/

I can’t install the theme! Can’t find the plugins folder within the theme files, I tried to click (install demo content) but I got a message (Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.)

Please check debug.log file and if no errors there ask your hosting provided about why the page is blocked. Some cheap hosting providers may block certain plugins to work properly. One of our clients had similar issue.

Hi Again, I checked with my hosting provider and they said it’s not blocked! CONTABO hosting not cheap , it’s rated 9/10 worldwide.

Following are the issues with this theme:
1. Child theme doesn’t work properly. 2. Template overriding not working, so no use of child theme with this template. 3. Contact us map doesn’t work in child theme. 4. Banner images not rotating. 5. Price filter not working for lower maximal price. Tested this for maximal price 10 and is not working.
Kindly check and resolve these issues.

You installed two copies of klambi theme under two different domains: - first domain works ok with demo content - second domain does not work ok with multiple issues, why, what different steps you performed for all these issues to arise?
