Support is fine, they replied me when I asked for help but really overall experience with this theme files are too bad. Poor code quality.

Can you please provide some evidence of poor code quality?
Extremely bad programmed, a lot of functions included in the theme is not working, reviews are disabled, filters in products plugins simply don't work. The contact plugin is very bad programmed, the fileds on backend doesn't correspond to the order that are displayed, and some fields are missed. The worst theme that i ever seen.

We are sure that there is some kind of a mistake because Envato treats it seriously to check every file uploaded to the system.
Could you please send us some screenshots with the following information: your antivirus name, version and the description of what type of virus does it contain.
I have purchased this theme and I really love the look of it. I am still building the website and have had a few problems but Kenzap have been super amazing with responding to any of my problems and helping me fix them. I will write an overall review on the functionality of the theme once my website is complete. I give their support a definite 5 stars though!
