We bought this theme and paid support package for a year. We installed it and could not use it properly for a year. We tried reaching out to support and they kept us going in spirals till the time our support package got over. Our issue never got resolved, all the data migration that we did had to be reset, we still can't use the theme as it has a missing CSS file and we are not able to download and install it now. It has wasted our time , efforts and We purchased a theme along with a year-long support package, anticipating a seamless integration into our project. However, our experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite our efforts, we struggled to use the theme effectively throughout the year. Attempts to reach out to the support team only resulted in endless loops of unfulfilled promises, leaving our issue unresolved. To make matters worse, all the data migration we painstakingly carried out had to be reset, compounding the frustration. Even now, we find ourselves unable to utilise the theme due to a missing CSS file, which we are unable to download and install. This ordeal has not only consumed valuable time and effort but also proved to be a significant financial setback money.

The documentation for this theme is very poor. The instructions often don't match the process. The knowledgebase is - ironically - even worse. I find a lot of references to support fixing problems for people, but rarely providing solutions you can implement on your own.

There are a lot of basic configuration features missing, like the ability to change certain text and background colors.

If I know enough to configure this theme, I would know enough to create my own theme. I'm extremely disappointing in the money wasted. I guess it's back to the beginning looking for a new theme to replace KnowHow...

The theme is beautifully designed and I love the way it looks. Very modern, clean, and customizable.

However, since first installing the theme I have experienced a lot of issues.

I would say a more thorough instruction manual may be necessary for those desiring to understand how to setup, customize their theme, and troubleshoot common issues.

On the flip-side the customer support has been excellent, every time I have an issue a member from their team, will go into my site from the backend and make the corrections. Which is wonderful!

The only concern I have with this, is what happens when my support runs out? There could be other issues with the theme in the future after the 6 months of support is finished.

So my rating is high because of the beautiful design and excellent support. But I could not give it 5 stars due to some of the concerns I have.

The customer support is really great. They are all very patient and quick in general. For me, it took time to get to understand how flexible and adjustable the theme is. However, once I knew it, I recognized the good quality of this theme. The default settings work well.

The Support is very responsive and replies with an informative answer, I would like to give 5 stars but the theme has minor issues in RTL and importing content, I hope in the next releases those issues are fixed.
