Managed to have corrected by manually uploading and activating. Not sure if you have a issue within the automatic plugin install in your package?

Back again. I was a bit too quick. We seem to have some issues in that we are unable to save appearance/customise aspects of the theme. Also note that there is quite a bit of broken images in the admin panel as well.

Need assistance ASAP.

Hi Linethemes. Thanks for the reply. If I could reply by email directly I can include screenshots and snippets to show what we have.

However, what we have are images not showing for parts of your admin panel that represents graphical example of a particular option to choose from.

Also, when we have tried to set the front page in appearance/customise; we are are unable to save the selection. The blue button to save just shows ‘saved’ and is unresponsive to a click.

I am not sure if this stemmed from the initial problem encountered when installing the components for the theme. The error then was: ‘An error occurred while installing ThemeKit By LineThemes: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.’. I ended up installing this manually through the wordpress panel for just the ‘Themekit’ zip file.

I noticed now that there has been a new release for the theme. I’m happy to blow the lot away if you think this will correct these issues?
