Hello, we bought some support package for the Mazano theme a few months ago, this is still valid for 3 months. But we can’t get to the support section through this template. We have a question after performing the last updates.

Previously, the product images were viewable directly in the featured image area in the slider. Now the slider is below with the further product images and there is no link to it and no X for close the featured image (if in lightbox). So in mobile view customer do not see that there are further images. Is there any way to change this so that it is the same as before the update?

At least there should be an X to close featured image, so that you can switch to the further product images. Can you give us some info here? I can no longer get to the support area via the Mazano theme. Thanks and best regards.

I got 3 questions concerning your theme and Elementor.

1. Does the theme fully work with Elementor, meaning Can Single-Product templates aswell as other pages still be edited with Elementor concerning element-positioning aswell as adding elements? (like pricepositioning, gallery,...)

2. Does it work as a normal theme or is it a problem if I already created content? Will content be lost? When content gets changed by the theme will it go back to normal when theme gets uninstalles/changed to old one?

3. Is there a possibility the test your theme?

After the update in october, it’s something wrong with the theme. The logo goes back to the original and the main color goes back to yellow. The logo and color I have in the theme options do not display in the front.

Hello, I want to buy this theme. I have some questions. On mobile menu version is it possible instead of Menu to appear “My account” and instead of “Top” the cart? and the mobile menu to appear only in Home Page? And when you are on a page of a product down where is the mobile menu to be “add to cart” then after the client press add to cart to be “view cart” ? I mean the theme is great but the popup notice telling clients the product has been added to cart is not enaugh cause we know how clients are : ) Thank you!
