Hi Guys, I’m a long time owner of this great theme which I love. Today however I’m having a problem with SKU IDs not pulling newly created products on to the product page. I’ve checked everything 5 times including testing other SKU IDs of older products which work fine, so it’s definitely to do with newly created products.
Here is the visual composer settings: Column Width: 2/3 Product Type: SKUs/IDs Carousel: No Number of items: 3 Number of your product SKU’s: REC112,REC113,REC114

Hi Dahz, Thanks for your reply, yes I can confirm the theme and WP are fully up to date. No matter what I do it just wont show any new products, the IDs don’t work either. I created a test product as the others where from duplicates of older products which didn’t work either.

i know what is the problem something with translation files..i use poedit and when i upload polish translation backend stop working – also some translations are missing and not working

confirmed i sent you email it is pretty important as we are updating new website theme is not working with ssl and variations products stock -> when products has variations and stock 0 you can still add it to cart and make 404 error -> ajax cart normal cart is working ok:)

We’re having some trouble activating the premium version of WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) but the activation panel seems to be hidden with the theme.

have you tried from the menu (left sidebar of wp admin)? if you see my screenshot above you can see the option in bottom left corner.

After the last update, customers cannot order anymore from the website. When choosing products with variation & cart empty then proceeding to checkout returns a 404 error page

Yes, we fixed it, after more than 30 hours of debugging. It seems that when you implemented the add-to-cart with asynchronous AJAX you forget to handle the products with variations – for this reason all simple products were working fine, but the ones with variations were returning the page with undefined… Maybe it helps to fix it in the next version.

hi sorry for the late reply, the install plugin page is hidden if you already installed all the required plugins. you can try deactivating / deleting one of the plugin to enable it again

On the Blog Full page the excerpt ends with [...] I’ve had several people tell me that they cannot read the full blog post because they are trying to click those 3 dots to go to the full article. I realize they can click on the blog title or picture to go the full post, but it makes sense to want to click on those dots at the end of the excerpt to continue reading. Is there a way to make those dots link to the full post? Thank you!!

Hi, the arrow icon of the variation select box on single product pages doesn’t work. Only when you click the field of the select boc, it opens. This is a serious error, hurting sales. I see it also applies to your demos. Can you please have a look? Best,

I’ve created a sidebar, assigned widgets to it, and selected it for my blog page, however, the blog page is still showing the Primary sidebar instead of the one I created.
hi yes, actually that is the limitation for blog template and posts, they can only use primary sidebar. the only way to do it now is by customizing the theme files.
What is the purpose of this limitation? If there is an option to select a sidebar, why doesn’t it work?
the option is intended for other templates, as we cant make it disappear only when choosing blog. we limit it for consistency between blog posts, blog page and archive. but we can help you to enable it in your blog page if you need it, please open a thread in our support forum mentioning this issue and then privately reply to the thread with your admin panel access (url, username and password) and the sidebar name that you want.

when iam using product element it takes half part of product images. Is there any solution for this problem

have you enabled the element? because i cant see any product that has covered image.
oh it got cut because the image area is too small / doesnt have same dimension to your actual image. you can change it via setting -> woocommerce -> products -> display . you can also see this guide https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/
dont forget to regenerate your thumbnail after you change the image size.
