How can I implement the tracking functionality for customers to track their products?
when you received an order in your site you can assign the status of the order. so when the buyer go to track your order page they will be able to see if their order has been processed or not.
can i issue a tracking number through the tracking page template, which will display the order process?

How do you get the FAQ page looking like http://dahz.daffyhazan.com/labomba/faq/ where there’s boxes etc and arrow drop downs. In the admin when you select ‘FAQ’ and add elements, it doesn’t present the same as the demo?

I need help please. I downloaded woocommerce 2.1 and having issues. I get this error, “Fatal error: Call to undefined method WC_Shipping::get_available_shipping_methods() in …/wp-content/themes/THEME-NAME/woocommerce/checkout/review-order.php on line 14”.
According to woocommerce this is the problem: This issue is caused by your theme, they are bundling outdated template files in their themes that have been deprecated for a while now. You should contact the theme developer to get this fixed properly. You can delete that specific file from your theme until this issue has been patched by your theme developer for a temporary fix. WooCommerce will fall back on the default template file, bundled with the plugin.
How do I delete this part of the file and when will there be a fix? Thanks
hi, yes at the moment labomba doesnt support woocommerce 2.1, we are still working the update for addressing this issue. in the meantime please downgrade your woocommerce to the previous version.
OK… Any idea when the theme will be able to support woocommerce 2.1 please? I just need to know if it’ll be like a few weeks or like 3 months. I’m not sure how to downgarde back to woocommerce.
the ETA is in the end of this month, to downgrade the woocommerce you can delete the 2.1 plugins and download+ install the 2.0.20 from here http://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/developers/

question please regarding the checkout page… It works but it used to work better before the upgrades. Now if there is a tax charge customers won’t know until they are billed because the site does not catch the state anymore. There seems to be a disconnect between billing/shipping and payment. Can you help? I can send you my site. Thanks!
you can display the tax directly in your product price or checkout by changing the setting in woocommerce -> setting -> tax
Hello Dahz, I have 3 issues with the theme. Btw it is amazing.
- How can I make the lightbox image bigger when you click it. It works fine on desktop browsers, but on phones it looks to small. My site is www.marisolmedranda.com, Im testing on an iphone 5s chrome and safari.
- Also on mobile devices, when I open the navigation menu and click one of the links, i want the menu to close automatically (my site is a one page site so it doesn´t refresh the page after i click a link on the menu)
- And last one, on desktop browser, when you click on ¨back to top¨ it goes to the top in a very smooth way, like scrolling back up. Can it do that as well when clicking on the top menu links (page jumps).

hi, for lightbox we use a third party plugin, and it doesnt have an option to change that. but in the top right corner of the image you have the option to display the bigger image. for the 2nd and 3rd question unfortunately labomba is not a one page theme, so this is not possible. but I can give you the code to hide the menu when user click it on mobile. please send me an email to dahz[at]daffyhazan.com mentioning this. i’ll send it there.
Hi there. I’ve installed Go – Responsive Portfolio for WP, which is a lightbox for photo and video. I’m having a problem where my nav bar is showing up on top of both video and photos. Do yo know why this might be happening? See photo below. Thanks for the help!

ah yes, its because the theme is not designed for that plugin. you need to increase the z-index of the plugins’ lightbox through custom css.

hi, unfortunately its not possible.
The search widget in the header does not search for Woocommerce item SKUs even if the “Search By SKU” plugin is activated. “Products” are also selected in the Search Scope setting in the admin.
Search widgets used elsewhere (like the footer or sidebars) work fine though.
I’ve tried editing the CSS for the search in the header but it still won’t work.
Can you provide the code to fix this?
yes, because the top search doesn’t support the plugin. you will need to integrate it from theme-functions.php (find ‘search header’ function) to make it works.
Is there a simple way to do this? I am not a PHP coder, so I have no idea how to integrate the code from the functions into the header.

I’ve added a 3 colomn row to my home page. In the first row of each of the 3 colomns I’ve added a single picture and below each picture I’ve added a button. How to I get these buttons to center with the image???? It only aligns to the left?

We’re using a fresh install of Wordpress 3.8.1 and latest Woocommerce but when we activate the theme all of our wp-admin pages turn blank and our site pages sometimes turn blank.

When I try to authorize the twitter stream for tweets, it logs me out. I have created the keys to use but while it tries to authorizr it, the page logs me out of the WP site

Hello, I changed WP from development server to real server. I updated siteurl and also home url in Wordpress administration, however all images doesn’t have the new URL so they are not shown. Only background images appear. Do you know how to solve this. Is any parameter in the template that I missed to update?

HI Interested in this theme but a couple of questions.
1. Will it accept multi languages?
2. Most of the Shopping, Lookbook, etc is portrait images. Can it handle landscape images? If so how are they presented? Can it handle a mix of both Landscape and Portrait images in line?
3. Is there a dark version or ability to change from white to some other colour?

2. for shop page you can only choose one image size(portrait/landscape), for lookbook you can use both of them (for best result use 3:4 and 4:3 image dimension)
3. no, the custom background only works in boxed layout.

the 4th header is styled to sit on top the slider. maybe you can use header 3 for this purpose.

It goes away only if I deactivate the revolution slider plugin, or if I delete the Skype widget. Is there a way to fix this?
And one more thing – changing the background colour from the “Footer Widget Area Background Color” option in the “Full width layout” panel, does not do anything. I read here that it didn’t work on a boxed layout, but I’m using full-width.
I figured a way to resolve both of the upper questions. But I have a new problem, the search that is integrated into the top nav menu is no longer showing thumbnails on the results. I tried to remove all the custom css, that I have added, but it didn’t change it. Could you please take a look at the site and tell me?
please make sure the thumbnail on search option is on, go to theme options -> components -> blog. its the last option there.
