- Hi, i’ve some problems with the Single Product Style Mode 2 (with the thumbs on the right side of the single product first image). The thumbs fit all the same and don’t scale if they are horizontal or vertical, like the theme do with Single Product Style Mode 1 (with the thumbs behing the first photo). When i’m visualizing a vertical photo and i click on a horizontal thumb, the main square of the principal photo doesn’t fit correctly. It fits only if i click on the thumb another time.

hi, yes that’s how the parallax shown in mobile. the parallax is actually a background so it will follow the screen area of your site. so if you want to look good in mobile and tablet you will need to use smaller size of image (approx 800px width)

I also second the question from a user above, where the heck can we remove the site credit in the right hand sidebar? Cannot find it anywhere in the admin panel.

You might want to add instructions for this to your documentation though and it will save on any confusion to the users who buy this theme.

I’m having trouble with the Revolution Slider fonts. I’ve imported the dynamic-captions.css and the static-captions.css – click on preview of the slide in the revolution slider plugin and it shows up fine.
Go and view the slider on the home page, and none of the correct fonts is used. Can you help?

- A lot of time trying to load the theme - I can not load the menu. can , may not be used - crashes - Personally I could not use the options on the subject if I customer of this store will not be able to buy anything by telephone , nor consider what sell.

Probably next month, this is considered a major update because there’s a lot to change for this.
tlb34 – I can help a little with a few of your queries:
1) In your wordpress, look for the tab LaBomba, then under this tab click on ‘Woocommerce’. Here there is an option called ‘products per column’, set it to what you would like and hit ‘save all changes’
4) Under the LaBomba tab, look for ‘General Settings’ and the first option under this will be ‘Custom Logo’, upload your logo there and hit ‘save all changes’
8 ) Under the LaBomba tab, look for ‘Styling and Layout’, under that tab look for ‘Footer’. On this page you will see near the bottom the option to tun on ‘Enable Custom Footer (Left)’ and Enable Custom Footer (Right)’. Turn them both on and write your custom text where it asks, this will replace the text it come with.

Hi. I’ve emailed you six times and you have not responded. I need help with several issues: 1. I would like to shop images to show six across (or a minimum of four) instead of the default three. How can that be changed? 2. The images in the shop do not show up. I assumed they are too large, but when I reduce them they still did not show up. 3. You offered, some time ago to set up a footer for me, then when I replied you stopped returning my emails. 4. I would like to add my logo to the header, but cannot find the documentation on how to do this. 5. The shop only lets the user select 9 items; I need them to select as many as 250. 6. I would like the tabs on each page to look more like tabs. 7. I cannot get the attributes I created to show on the pages; how do I do this? 8. I would like to remove the “Designed by…” and “Powered by…” messages at the bottom; how do I do this?
I see that there is an update; how do I update the theme?
Obviously I am not a programmer, but I paid my money and would like responses or a refund. I am assuming these are pretty easy fixes or answers.
If anyone else in this comment section can help I would appreciate it. I had to planned to launch my new site on January 2, but with the lack of responses I am delayed and extremely frustrated.

sorry for the late reply, for your questions:
1. please go to admin panel -> ‘Woocommerce’ -> ‘products per column’, set it to 4 (max for shop) then ‘save all changes’ 2. please try to unistall the woothumbs plugins first. 4. to add logo please go to admin panel -> general setting -> custom logo 5. I tested in the latest update and you can add 250 products. 6. i’m not sure which tabs do you mean? 7. please choose variable product first and assign the categories created to your product there. 8. you can change the custom footer from theme options -> styling & layout -> footer -> Enable Custom Footer (Left) / Enable Custom Footer (Right)
to update the theme you can delete the old one then install the latest update or overwrite your old files via FTP
Is there a way to make the infinite scroll automatic load once you get to the bottom of the page?
Also, is it possible to have the page number “hit” with each successive load? Eg. /page-2, /page-3, etc …

If I’m reading right, I need to install the labomba.xml file. I have run the import several times, but when I go to set the primary menu, it comes up blank on my page. I can see my existing menus and the shopping menus installed with the theme, but not the “primary” menu. —it’s an empty bucket.

we are still waiting wpml compability test but some user have already tested that. about the responsiveness, yes, at the moment we still need to refresh when the browser resized or flipped.

Nope! It was an xml issue…your reply came too late! I had to hire someone to fix it for me.

I purchased this theme and installed it and now I can’t make any changes within wordpress. I have had to force reload about 15 times and every time I try to make a change, I get the spinning wheel and the page seizes up. Unfortunately, I can’t make any changes to the theme, since every single page associated with the theme seizes. Is there an update or a version that I can update that will fix this issue? If there isn’t a fix, I’d like a refund since there isn’t anything I can do with this theme.

That is irrelevant-the theme should be accessible in ALL BROWSERS. I’ve tried the other browsers-it barely works in Firefox, doesn’t work in Chrome. I shouldn’t have to browser jump to access Wordpress, and when I finally do, the customization is nothing like what was listed in the sell sheet or demo.
It says directly to the left that the theme is compatible with Safari-so I’m not sure why it isn’t.
Also, there is no where and no options for layout changes, blog layout options, page layout options, etc. There is only header and typography-and the typography doesn’t work, even when the use custom css is toggled off. And typically at that point, the browser freezes and I have to force quit.
sorry I mean to say try it first with other browser, and let me know if the issue still occurs. the problem is I already tried all the browser in my PC and Mac but it works just fine, all the options are there and doesn’t freeze. so I’m thinking this only happens in a particular OS or Safari version.
Good day, I am very interested in this theme however i have tested it on mobile devices and the responsive aspect of the site seems to have bugs.
Are you aware that specifically on the home page on the iphone & ipad break when changing orientation.
I’m not sure if you’ve made an update addressing these issues however it definitely is a problem if the theme is designed to be responsive.
Please let me know if you have fixed these issues and where we can go to test before making the purchase?

Hi! I have a problem with importing xml file. When I try to install Xml the site give me this message: Gateway Timeout The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application. Can you explaine me what can I do to resolve this problem?
its because your server limit the upload size/time in your site, you can contact them to increase the limit.
