Instruction for setting homepage. We are getting the homepage directing to an image. We deleted image, how customized setting does have the static homepage settings
To setting home page, please go to Dashboad > reading > setting > select A static page > select home page.

I have realised that the general EVENTS page is not loading the top image I have selected in the Custome area. How could I fix this?
Besides, I would like to change the way that the EVENTS page sorts the existing individual events and I don´t find anything for this configuration in the custom area.

Hi. On the services page, the images are showing the original template/theme images even though I updated the gallery inside each services page. Can someone please help ? 3 column footer suddenly appears in one right justified column. don’t see anything in patch notes about a fix for this but assume it is due to a wordpress update that doesn’t jive with version 1.0. Is this something you’ve seen?

Hi. I updated the theme to the new v2.0 that you released. I followed the instructions to update the framework etc and it is all working well. However it is still showing the big box that says “WELCOME TO LANDSCAPING THEME V2.0 This is a BIG UPDATE etc….” throughout the whole website. It won’t go away. I already updated it successfully so I don’t need to see this notice anymore. How do I get rid of it? Thanks.

Hi, thanks for answering but no…. WooCommerce is updated and the template is using old apis. In any case the ‘new version’ you released yesterday listed the following changes :
+Fixed: Error php when no active plugin Woocommerce. +Fixed: Select category in widget Thim Portfolio. +Updated: Dowload plugin in new server.
C’mon, it’s not a new version, It’s not even an update, it’s a bugfix, the first ‘update’ since two years ago when it was released when the description says :
“Frequently Updated Landscaping WordPress theme Improving and developing the theme is one of priority tasks of ThimPress developers. Updating regularly is a key to make their products become the best. The proof is all their premium WordPress themes have a huge of sales. And they will do the same with Landscaping WP. Update every week with more awesome features are added as well as all the exist issues are resolved, Landscaping WordPress theme will be a perfect gardening theme for sure.”
Don’t get me wrong I like the template and I’m currently using it but it’s not updated, poorly supported and the afirmation on the description of the template about the frequent updated is simply embarrassing. If it was now I definetly wouldn’t bought it and look for a better supported template.

Sorry but wrong again .. my support expired on 2017-09-26T09:06:12+10:00 that’s 6 months ago, not a year. and also on September 13, 2017 at 6:20 PM (that’s two weeks BEFORE my support expired) I asked for help about the WooCommerce isssue https://thimpress.com/forums/topic/any-change-to-update-woocommerce-templates-to-a-more-recent-version/ , you did not answered my support request till September 26, 2017 at 1:46 PM that’s TWO WEEKS after I asked for help just to remember that I had to purchase support again if I wish to resolve the problem. sorry but I HAD ASKED FOR HELP DURING my support. I didn’t complain back then as I should but please don’t use false advertisement about 1 Click install and frequently updated template becuase IT’S NOT TRUE.. and don’t scam users with the support.

The thim portfolio widget is missing and the woo commerce portion needs to be updated.
Do you know how I might find this file?
The portfolio plugin ended up not being missing. It just wasn’t showing up with the Demo content.
