- If you are experiencing any issues, a good way to determine what’s causing them is by disabling the 3rd party plugins and test. If the issue is resolved, enable the plugins one by one until you find the problematic one(s).

We provide support for all our customers on business days Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM (GMT +2). We usually take around 24 hours to reply to all comments, support tickets, and private messages.
Feature requests
A feature request should be submitted as a ticket. Make sure to select the correct category (“Feature Request”) and complete this form in full with correct information and an explanation of what is being requested. We will inform you of the status of your request in due course.
