I do not know who buys this theme when you have themes on the market that are as good as this or maybe even better and are completely free.

Moreso we also do offer both free and paid plugins depending on which functionality you want to have within the theme. Additionally, should a customer not get satisfied with our paid plugins, they can always ask for a refund within 30 days after the purchase.

Is your theme able to auto-detect visitors country and server ads in that country based on IP?
I have 25 countries and I want it that the theme will automatically detect visitors country IP and serve ads in those country only…Like LaraClassified App

With respect to your query here, it is only able to detect the location of a user and then display any listings that are within that location. However, this is achieved via an additional plugin which is the Extended location.

Hello, In order to use map visualization in our website, we’ve created a Google Maps API key following your instructions on https://listify.astoundify.com/article/856-create-a-google-maps-api-key/ We’re confused why the theme working properly only if the API http referrers restrictions are set to “None”?! With respect to your query here, we highly recommend securing your API key to prevent others from using your quota.
The downfall is that incorrect restrictions can cause the maps to fail.
Web Service is supposed to be executed on backend servers, so the correct restriction for web services is IP restriction.
HTTP referer restriction is used for client side services like Google Maps JavaScript API, it won’t work with web services.
Temporarily removing the restrictions will help identify if the restrictions are causing unexpected behaviors.

Could you confirm if I understand it right way:
1) The theme’s purposes require using the 4 separate API services:
Maps Javascript API
Geocoding API
Geolocation API
Places API
2) The using of required Maps Javascript API can’t be restrict by HTTP referrers restriction (pointing our website URLs).
3)So, if we want securing our API key to prevent others from using our quota, it is need to buy own static IP from our hosting provider. Only, then we can use the IP addresses restriction option in Google Console Platform, am I right?.

With respect to your query here, so long as you have the Maps API the rest like GeoLocation are added automatically within the theme. We currently recommend to leave restrictions on “none” settings. Yes you would need a static IP for that and then use IP restrictions on your API restriction options.

We confirm that when the restriction settings are set to “None”, everything works like a charm.
The issue occurs, when we use the IP address restrictions (we use the public IP address, which is used by our domain (respectively hosting account). Then the map can’t be displayed, because of error.
(It’s the same when we tried using the http refferers restriction.)
Could you please assist us with how to implement effectively some restriction method? Currently we limit loads quotas to 1000, but we are not sure if it is the best . Could you please advice what is the optimum loads number for each of the 4 Google services which are used by the theme:
Maps Javascript API
Geocoding API
Geolocation API
Places API

With respect to your query here, am afraid this is not something we are better equipped to provide guidance on, as it relates to an external issue on map configuration. In most web services they use none restriction always works.

Content claim_listing was unable to import. Duplicate detected.
Content blog was unable to import. Duplicate detected.

Content shop was unable to import. Duplicate detected.Also, after importing demo content, I cannot properly use the dropdown menu with categories. It is only open when I hold down the mouse button. If I click on the menu and don’t hold down the mouse button, the menu closes after a moment.
Also, being inside the account, I see the “Log In” button. Why is Log In? I’m inside. May be Log Out?
It looks as if the theme is full of bugs.
Any idea? This is a fresh install, with no plugins other than those required. All plugins are up to date.

Hello,
I saw the refund request just after posting that comment. I sent you one. The main reason I ask for a refund, is like I said before that your demo don’t match what we bought. We necessarily have to buy extra add-ons to make it work like it. For exemple we don’t have Listing Payments feature, wich is yet a basic… The demo misleads us about what we really buy. So I can not manage to do what I planned to do buying your theme, in the budget I have.

With respect to your query here, By default, you can only use a URL for Videos, on the Listing page or simply embed one on the listing page description. This avoids having to upload the video directly to the server. Users will be able to simply use a URL from YouTube to have it display on their listing page.
For a video to display on the listing search page rather than an image, this is a functionality that we have not included yet.

I am looking to setup a subscription based system where only paid members (monthly subscription) can see a certain section of information (like contact name, address, phone numbers) on all (free and paid) listings (from free or paid members)… can I do this with this software?

With respect to your query here, well the theme is designed to showcase directory listings and other users also have the capability to add listings. You can charge users to add listings using the Listing Payments plugin. But in order to charge them with subscriptions you will require the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. The ability to hide some details can be done with the WP Job Manager visibility plugin which is what we recommend at the moment.

This page is not designed via a page builder but rather it comes with the theme as a template. If you wish to have an elementor page design here is an example from the same demo.

With respect to your query here, the single page can only be designed with Elementify Single listing module while using Elementor. See screenshot. To get the best our of this page I would recommend using the normal WordPress widgets. By using Elementor and Elementify you will get a replica of the same thing here.
