I would love to buy your product but I have some questions.

I want to run a website selling online video courses and build a community around that.

I want to have a discussion group passing around idea’s and people who are just visiting the website can look at it for FREE, no need to log-in.

If a user wants to participate within the discussions, then they can go register a FREE account. He can watch the FREE video’s as well.

If a user wants to see the more exclusive video’s, he can get a BASIC account and see all the BASIC content + the FREE content.

If a user wants more there is also PRO and ELITE. You get the picture.

Is all of this possible within the website? What would be total cost with the added plugin’s I would need to buy?

Dear Sir, I need to make website for pharmacy technicians (test for their licencies) and I am considering buying your theme. I have few questions:

1. User registration
- I need from 5 to 10 extra fields in users profile (PIN, Licence number etc.)
- Some of that fields needs to be requiered and after registration they need to have notice to fill their profile
- when user register he must be approved by admin and to receive the email confirmation that account is active. 2. Tests
- Registered user when selecting test must get approval from admin. 
(When member want to take a test, he choose the test. Admin gets the notification via email and he approves the test. User get the email notification about approval.) 
- User must download learning material and then he can participate for testing. 3. Certificat
- must have date when the course is finished, grade, number of points achiewed, and a few fields from profile (Licence number, PIN, ..), also certificate needs to be in A4 portrait 4. Reports
- export user list in one of the formats: excel or csv or pdf. List must contain: name, surname, licence number (extra fields from user profile), date, number of points…

Can I do this with your theme? Also if you have any suggestions please e-mail me. If you need to customize your theme to do this, how much will it cost?

Does this theme support Question Banks? For example, input 100 questions in the Question Bank. Then in a quiz, 10 questions will be randomly selected from the Question bank, based on a category or keyword filter.

when i install the theme and install the recommended plugins, after learnpress plugin in activated the site crashes, there is a blank screen i need immediate help please provide the answer quickly

First you force me to buy 6 months of support just to get a simple YES/NO answer. Then you update my website without even asking me and it crashes. The site has been crashed for almost a week now and you still DO NOT EVEN ANSWER!
