Hi, thanks for asking. Fyi, the theme designed to work with super lightweight & powerful LMS plugin for WordPress – LearnPress at https://wordpress.org/plugins/learnpress/. eLearning WP doesn’t not work any other LMS plugins but LearnPress.

Hi, I’m wondering if this theme allows me upload any kind of content as question. For example, upload a file attached on the answer field. I am also wondering the possibility to release one module per week. BTW I´d like to access the free course available on live preview page. Thanks.

LearnPress has supported some question types: true or false, single choice, multi choice, fill in blank, sorting choice. In your case, we are trying to build a add-on to support questions with attachment, too.
To access a free course in demo page, try to login with account/password: learner/learner (other information is displayed in menu Course in demo, check it out).

Hi, If I want to use this course for live seminar (not elearning) is it possible? Like displaying seminar dates and course list, enrollment etc for live workshop?

Do you mean you want to create courses for a group of learners (for example, students in a university) and only they can access those courses? I think it’s possible if your website manages registrations manually, like register users have to be approved by your site administrators.

Having installed the basic zipfile, activating the theme through WP admin provides the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/elearningwp/functions.php on line 479

It’s probably you are using out-dated PHP version (PHP 4), please upgrade your hosting server to PHP 5.3 or higher for better performance & security as well as running properly lots of model plugins.
The current PHP version is PHP 5.2.17 – still same advise?

Yesterday I get the same answer. And now i have to wait until tomorrow. Today I didn’t get my problem resolved. Neither a tech support for the problem that I report yesterday. Please if you can send some one to work the problem asp cuss I need to work.

Wonderful theme, however I have a presale question: When I go in the demo and click on “Take Course”, it leads me to a WordPress log-in screen. 2 comments about that:
First, it would be nicer to show a branded screen, similar to the rest of the theme layout, insteat of the easily recognizeable WordPress login screen.
Second thing, I thought ” Take Course” would take me to some sort of payment process, just to increase conversions. Seeing a cold “log-in” screen might be confusing to some visitors and sales might drop 
Just asking, maybe you already have answers to these points

About first thing you mentioned, we will create a new page log-in which be suitable with the theme layout. That thing will be available in next update version.
About payment, in demo, we installed just one add-on payment method (Paypal), that’s why it take you to the Paypal process page immediately after you take a course. One more thing, all payment methods to process paid course in our learning management system are add-on plugins, and we provided some other like WooCommerce, Stripe (and will be more), so end-users will have more options.

Hi, so I installed the WP plugin but it causes 404 pages even when I am in the dashboard, for example I wanted to update a post , after clicking on update it displayed a 404 page instead and the same thing when I click on “all posts” or add a post etc… so I removed it!

yes I mean your plugin for WP, yes WP normal post I can’t update them, and all the links like post a new add lead to a 404 page

Great theme, could you add explanations to the quizzes. I would like to have a blurb at the end of each question explaining the multiple choice answer.

Thanks for your interested in the eLearning WP theme. For your information, we use custom post type for each question which uses title as question, description as blurb of particular one.
For your information, LearnPress has 5 question types: Multiple Choice, Single Choice, True/False, Fill in Blank, and Drag & Drop Sorting. More is coming later depends on feedback from the WordPress community. (each one is just an add-on for LearnPress to keep the core plugin as much lightweight as possible).
