Can you please send me a list which exact files of the theme have been updated with the version 2.1 of your theme, when we have already installed Version 2.0.3.
Because we have made some modifications at the theme so we couldn’t update all theme files. And I think this is also not necesarry, because only some have been updated.

Best practice would be to download the latest version of the theme and compare it to your own. A lot of things has been changed as we have updated the theme for compatibility with the latest WordPress version, and if you are going to update the theme we can also suggest you to always make a backup of your theme before doing this.

Please understand that there are a lot of files that has been changed more than 100 so naming all of them here is a bit hard.

My download files have no “getting started” guide.
Your company website has many, many other “Getting Started Guides” for the other templates you sell, but none for this template. I have searched at the help portion of your website.
You have sold this template for 7 years.
Where is the “Getting Started Guide” for THIS template…a guide like you provide for all your other templates that have been sold here and at your main site?
P.S.: I have already put a ticket in and apparently you seem intent on ignoring it. I do not want to leave a negative review for such a gorgeous template, but if it is unable to be used without waiting weeks for a response from you for even the most basic issues, then I will be leaving a one-star review and asking for a refund.

Hi, I’m updating my client website from 1.8.4 to 2.0.2 with Lounge Core plugin. But it breaks the layout on the front and I can’t edit the pages in the back (white page).
The current Wp is 5.2.1. The site is working fine (without Gutenberg).
What do you advise? Maybe the solution is updating first to Lounge V2.0?
Never mind, I found the problem because WP send me a message. Rev slider caused a conflict. I deactivated Rev slider plugin and now it’s fine.

Sorry for the miss . Inner row cannot be achieved in Lounge theme. Visual Composer or some other page builder is required in order to try to achieve that.

Problem with logo on main header: No matter what I do I cannot get the logo to change, it remains the “Lounge” logo. I’ve gone through Qode in the head and footer sections and also made my logo exactly the same dimensions as the lounge logo (152×21). When I upload the .png of my logo the box stays blank. If I click “save” and then preview my site either NO logo appears, or an error-looking box that just has the text “logo” inside of it, but not my actual logo icon.
I cannot see anywhere else on the site to change this, and it’s not working from the QODE section. HELP

Events are showing when home page is loaded first http://screencast.com/t/WNnTRHtHBJI . Try dsiabling theme ajax page transitions and test this again. Page transitions can be turned off from:
1. general options Qode Options > Global options
2. local options (when you edit your pages), note that these settings will overwrite global settings from Qode Options for specific page
3. Also you can turn off page transitions for specific pages by writing page URLs from Qode options > Global options > List of internal URLs loaded without AJAX (separated with comma)
