How do i update single plugins like essential grid?

Dear, You can delete old plugin version on your site then go to admin menu Appearance -> Install plugins and install Essential Grid plugin again to get latest version. It not effects to essential grid data plugin.

Purchased this yesterday and when I try to import the demo into staging on WordPress, I get an error message that just says “Error has occurred.” I’ve spoken to my hosting (GoDaddy) and in response, they increased my memory limit. Yet still, when I try to upload the demo, I’m getting the same error message.

I tried to contact the creator of the template but the “provided customer support” through SiteSao is not allowing me to login and make an inquiry. When I go onto SiteSao, I can only read previous comments or send my inquiry if I’m signed in. I tried to sign in with my credentials and that didn’t work. So I tried to register to SiteSao but when I try to set my password, it won’t allow me to do it. I’ve entered my item purchase code and followed the instructions. When trying to reset my password, i ask it to send the link to my email address on file, and when I click on the link it gives me an error message that “the password reset link appears to be invalid.” This is after trying to reset my password 5 times and not being able to reset the password.

So I can’t upload the demo, I have no way of getting in contact with the creator, I can’t access customer support, and I can’t read how other people may have figured out this issue. I’ve tried using my host (GoDaddy) to help me get through this but they couldn’t figure it out either. Please help

Following your documentation, when I try to install the Demo for the Luxury theme through the One Click Install, I get a message that says “Error Occurred”.

Then when I try to install the demo manually, the manual gives me a file path of wp_luxury>inc>dummy>Luxury>XML, but that filepath does not exist in the download.

The folder after being unzipped is “luxury-wp” and I do not see an “inc” folder.

Because of this, I cannot import the demo content.

When I try to login to SiteSao using my credentials, that doesn’t work either. So I’m not sure how to receive support for this to actually get me up and running with the theme. Your help is greatly appreciated.

The more I read, the more it looks like this is a scam. Some pretty bad reviews out there

Dear, what is demo content in ‘inc’ folder ? If you want install demo manually. Please install demo with file in folder ‘DummyContent -> Wordpress’ in theme package download from ThemeForest.

Hello, I noticed that the newsletter subscription pop-up has disappeared. If I insert 1 as Newsletter refresh interval, it disappears, if I put 0 it reappears. What could be the problem?

after installing latest version of Luxury theme, some woocommerce files was not update.

Hi. I bought and installed your template for a client who was very happy with the result, just like me with the possibilities of the template. That was a few years ago. But now it has asked me to update it to migrate to a PHP 7.3 server and install SSL for HTTPS and all the grids made with “Essential Grid” have stopped showing.
