hi – presales questions: 1 – is any directory based plugin compatible with this. So I can search people in the community on the map? 2 – Is there a plugin compatible to enable e-learning courses ? Which paid-membership plugin is compatible with the theme ? Are all plugins included in the theme or some need to be purchased separately ?

We use a lava directory plugin. It’s basically for business directory theme. If you want to use it for people directory, it’s also fine. e-learning is not ready. We use our own membership and using WC ( WooCommerce ). Yes, as an event, it’s included to show like our theme.

Please consider adding this functionality to your User Menu Widget for Elementor to allow linking to custom urls instead of a “page”. This allows me to link directly to the group creation functionality within buddypress instead of to the group page that has a link to create a group.
In widgets/header-user-menu.php
In your register_controls() change the ‘page’ control to include the option ‘Custom’ and add condition custom control:

I am a developer and I want to fulfil the needs of my client and your theme fits right. I have the following queries as pre-sale questions.
1. I didn’t see any mentioning on Multi-Vendor Directory & Marketplace Feature on Lynk as it is with the case of Javo. Is this feature available on Lynk as well?
2. Secondly, is there a booking feature available in this theme? like Woocommerce booking plugins? if not, please suggest some suitable ones that can allow me to book rentals, services, events on my website created on your theme.
3. Lastly, are these plugins (AppPresser/WPMobile.app/AndroApp/MobiLoud) compatible with your theme? If not, please suggest some plugins that would work on your theme for converting website into mobile apps.
These are my main requirements. If you have an effective alternative to address these, please communicate.

2. Unfortunately, it’s not for rentals and others. As it’s not a simple feature, it’s hard to recommend a plugin for the all work.
3. Unfortunately, these are not compatible with our theme.

Does the search field only search listings or does it search pages and posts?

Exactly I want the user to be in a private community and to be able to sell their products through classifieds.
I also wish that the user when making the membership payment to be able to publish her advertisements on our advertisement pages.
Something like https://www.olx.com but the difference is that it has to be in a community. and the first who are going to see this publicity are the members. and then the user decides if he wants to post on the main page or not.

1. We don’t have the rewards or sales achivements. You need to customize it.
2. They can post listings ( Ads ). Please have a look at our demo.
3. You can make featured listings and set to display only featured listing on the page or any of specific area.
4. We don’t have the affiliate code option. You need to customize it.
The concept of this site is simillar to our theme. But we are not sure about the details. You need to have a look at our demo and compare the details.

A while back, purchased 2 different licenses for this theme, and then never used them. So, support has expired. I just downloaded a copy of the theme this week, and tried to install on a brand new wordpress install with no content, etc… As soon as I try to activate the Javo core plugin – it crashes the site.
I have found that the site crashes when elementor and java are activated at the same time.

I’m not paying for support when there’s clearly something inherently WRONG with your theme. I purchased this theme TWICE. Tried using it on two different installs, it was a PAIN IN THE YOU KNOW WHAT because there was issue after issue. So I did not use it and moved on. I didn’t have the time for all its issues. Your packaged theme isn’t working. I’m not paying more money for something you need to just figure out and fix. Problem…. the site crashes when Javo core and elemenator plugin are activated at the same time.

1. I believe you are talking about normal visitor for membership fee. We only have submit fee to charge them to submit listings.
2. You can remove website or some information on single listing detail pages.
About some membership features, we don’t have the option. It’s more specific and advanced options you might need. We only provide features what we have on our demo sites.
If you need to customize it, you need to hire someone to do. You can also talk to our premium support or customization team via the link on this comment.

Okay so for example, I want to make a community wherein I want to connect people with professionals that they prefer. For example, an individual is looking for an architect, so once they go to the site, they cannot exactly see information of the architect until they become a member. All the contents will only be available once they are registered.
As for the professionals, they also need to be a member in order to put their information on the site.
So once you register, there will be 2 options which is non-professional and professional (both with different membership payments)
Once you register as a professional, you will be able to put all the information you want easily on the website (like skills, profession, and other stuff)
Once you register as a non-professional, you will be able to see all the contents of the professional once you become a member.
If I want this customized, how much will it take?

I purchased the Lynk theme last july and immediately started building my site and was very happy with the way the theme worked and looked (i am a newbee and know next to nothing about wordpress).
However there was an automatic wordpress and plugin update in december that broke my site as the javo core plugin seems to be incompatible with the new wordpress v5.6.1 or PHP7.4.15. When this plugin is activated, ‘clicking’ on a link does not work you have to right click and open in a new window (the ‘preview’ url itself shows up correctly in the browser url window). when the javo core plugin is disabled, the links work OK but of course the site does not look/work properly.
So while i would give the theme very very high marks when it works, i am afraid that continued reliability may be a problem. My support period has ended but it seems nonesense to need to purchase support after every wordpress update that breaks the theme plugins. I am currently torn between having to pay for extended support for a problem i didn’t create or to just get a new theme and freshen up my site. sbc-85.com

You should turn off the automatic update and update when our theme is compatible. When WordPress has some major coding update, all authors need time to work on them.
Can you please update your theme / Javo Core plugin to the newest and clean browser cache? It should be fine.
