Hi, I have an issue that when I was checking the Demo, I could see that on the demo the hero image could be changed as it looked like a css, but when I’ve purchased, I am seeing only a table-01.png
Hi, nikkozlov83, I don’t understand what you mean. Can you provide the screenshot?
Hello. We purchased the theme. However, there is no page related to memberships, user panels, or user information. Even the top menu is not set up for what should appear when a user logs in. How can we address this deficiency? Otherwise, I will request a refund.
Hi, tolgasen, thanks for purchasing my template. I don’t quite get what do you mean
We purchased the html template. There are no templates related to membership pages within the theme. For example, there is no page for a user panel or for editing a user’s information or changing their password when they log in. These are significant shortcomings. There is no UI kit or pages that we can prepare ourselves. The theme is very incomplete.
You’re right, there are no the listed by you pages in the template. These pages are also not in the template description. I’m sorry, but I don’t understand your question
Would you please refund? There are many missing pages in the template. There is no page related to memberships. You have added a membership system, but you haven’t added a dashboard when the member logs in. You haven’t added a page for the member to change their information.
No, it’s impossible. There are no the listed by you pages in the template description. You had the opportunity to see the template in action, see the existing demo pages and additional inner pages, check the feedback forms etc.
Are you open to freelance?
Please contact me via email. Thanks
Thanks, just sent you the details at: dsathemes@gmail.com
Ok
It does not work has plenty of error when applying standard security header :
<meta http-equiv=”Content-Security-Policy” content=”default-src ‘self’; script-src ‘self’; style-src ‘self’ https://fonts.googleapis.com; object-src ‘none’; base-uri ‘self’; connect-src ‘self’; font-src ‘self’ data: https://fonts.gstatic.com; frame-src ‘self’; img-src ‘self’; manifest-src ‘self’; media-src ‘self’; worker-src ‘none’;”>
Can you please let me know how to fix it , without allowing to have inline style which is very unsecure
I’m sorry I don’t understand what doesn’t work?
If you put in the header ”<!- Security Headers ->
<meta http-equiv=”Content-Security-Policy”
content=”default-src ‘self’; script-src ‘self’; style-src ‘self’ https://fonts.googleapis.com; object-src ‘none’; base-uri ‘self’; connect-src ‘self’; font-src ‘self’ data: https://fonts.gstatic.com; frame-src ‘self’; img-src ‘self’; manifest-src ‘self’; media-src ‘self’; worker-src ‘none’;”>
And check google tools you can see plenty of issues. With moderniser js and jQuery as they do inline style instead of styles. Also when changing the size of the browser you can see that sometimes content is not displayed
I meant “With moderniser js and jQuery as they do inline style instead of CLASSES”.
About “content is not displayed” please read the comments. I wrote not once: the desktop browser in dev mode sometimes displays content not correctly (It because of popup modal windows and on scroll animation effect. That why the animation effect turned off on all mobile devices) Just temporarily disable the animation effect
I do not have the modal on. Also which other effect would you like me to switch off? Still however plenty of infringements of the security header policy. what should I do for that?
I do have already the class auto-off for modal . Also which other effect would you like me to switch off? Still however plenty of infrangements of the security header policy. what
1) I have even deleted the modal, but still not showing sometimes content
2) These are the issues breaking the standard security policy

You need turn off only the animation effect
Are you saying that I need to turn off the animation effect to meet the security policy? Which one, as it looks that many are breaking the inline styling policy. Could you please be more specific as otherwise this is unsecure and I cannot use the template and I need to rewrite my new web site, please
No, I say that you need to turn off the animation effect to content doesn’t disappear
Ok, also it looks like the wow.js with jquery is also creating all the issues with security. Any chance you can do the animation with aos and reissue a template?
If you have some developer or you can edit the code then you can customize it.
I am trying to get the contacts.html to work. I’ve configured the contactform. php file and added a return path in addition to the reply-to.
I have a samplemail.php with the same code and a simple send button, which works fine. Leading me to believe the issue isn’t the mail() function or other settings.
Beyond the contacts.html, I am also trying to put the contact form on my home page. I include the contact-form.js on my index.html, similar to how the request form is already inserted.
Do you have an email address so I can send the code.
Thanks!
Just wanted to say thank you again for building a gorgeous theme and for providing excellent support. A++
Thanks:)
How do I disable the modal for popping up? And reenable them later when needed. Thanks!
Hi, tharwat, thanks for purchasing my template. To turn off the modal popup window do the following: 1) Open up the page you are going to edit. 2) Go to the bottom of the page before the footer section you will find the code for modal popup window 3) Add the class auto-off after class modal
Your code for modal window must have the view:4) Save file
Regards
Awesome. Thank. I tried it earlier because I saw auto-off on the other modal, but it didn’t work. I think maybe I didn’t refresh the browser or something. It works now. Thanks!
Hey DSAThemes, just bought your template. It’s amazing.
One question, can you share the source vector files that you used to create the images which have text and other content in them?
For example, img-09.png in the images folder is one I want to use. I want to modify the person, the charts, the stats, etc. However, I don’t want to recreate the whole thing in Illustrator to just to do that and because of the girl’s hair, it’s pretty hard to Photoshop this.
Thanks for your help. I’m happy to email you as well if you prefer.
Hi,hacker01111000, thanks for purchasing my template. All images for this template were drawn in Photoshop. Regards
Thanks but that wasn’t the question. I was asking if you can share the assets, in this case the .PSD files, so we don’t have to redo the work you already did.
Please contact me via email. Thanks
Will do.
Hello Sir,
I bought this template as you wrote that it’s ultra responsive but unfortunately nothing appear on mobile version neither images nor text. It’s the case as well if you tried the demo on themeforest.
Please help to fix this issue.
Thank you in advance.

Good morning,
Your mobile version does not work on desktop, https://prnt.sc/GVOSYqNsPOjQ images are missing
It works well on the phone! but as soon as I want to put the mobile version on my PC browser there are bugs..
you must see that I tried on Safari & Mozilla same problem! The problem is only when you want to use the mobile version on a fixed desk / PC..
What I don’t understand…
I have your OLMO HTML theme does not have this problem it works perfectly on PC mobile version! while MARTEX has the problem there..
I think you really need to check on a Windows or Mac desktop PC.
Look OLMO VS MARTEX you see the problem on both themes https://prnt.sc/PYyCKZmbWu5V
It because of popup modal windows and on scroll animation effect. That why the animation effect turned off on all mobile devices
The desktop browser in dev mode sometimes displays content not correctly
All I can advise you is to try temporarily disabling the animation effect. ( just delete from the page the link on animate.css file and wow.js)
how to change theme color with this CSS template?
Hi, pu2wxp, thanks for purchasing my template. Please refer the documentation file to find out how to change the color theme.. Regards
There are bugs in the responsive code not showing content on mobile / tablet devices. This applies on the samples delivered also.
So if you shrink your screen from desktop to mobile and refresh most of the content goes missing. This has been reported by a number of other customers.
This workaround doesn’t fix the broken code, I’ve no time to do that, but this might help others with the same issue.
Add this
<style> .wow { visibility: visible !important; } </style>
Just before </head> and it makes the missing images / missing text visible. I’m not sure which css sheet to apply it to, so just added it to the html page and fixes the issue.
Support from the developer has been poor.
Hi, pbadmin, I’m the developer and I don’t understand what you mean writing this “Support from the developer has been poor.” you didn’t contact me. I don’t understand what problem is. Can you send me the link that I can evaluate the problem. Regards
We emailed each other last night. I sent you videos, screen grabs, explanations on this exact problem. It’s the same issue as reported by nsmsay and vfperri. Silence from you today = poor support. The reason why I went to the trouble to post a workaround for the benefit of your customers is that months after the same issue being reported it’s still not fixed ( and it’s really simple to replicate )
I haven’t received any letter from you last night. Please contact me via email. Thanks

I’m OK now, as one of our senior front end devs found a workaround, to which I posted it for the benefit of others. Support no longer required.
Also, there are vulnerabilities in one of your JS libraries and should be updated to more recent versions

We tested the template for 3 months before uploading it on themeforest and we fixed all major and minor problems. I’m sure that our template works perfectly without any bugs. You don’t have the problems with content on mobile devices, you have the issue only in dev tools mode on desktop browsers. I tested your link in different screen resolutions and found no problems.
No you didn’t. I saw you logged onto the site on an iPhone and that’s all. As I said, poor support. Gave it to one of our devs and found the issue straight away.
You wrote me that you have problems with content on mobile devices (tablet and mobile phones). I opened your link on iPhone and didn’t find any bugs. You have problems only in dev mode on desktop browser. But content displayed well on mobile devices
Nope, not on iPad. I was expecting well tested code. This isn’t. You cannot assume device size.
I’m sorry but I don’t understand what is the problem. Do you have the problem with content on mobile devices ( tablet and mobile phones) or only in desktop browser in dev mode?
Please tell me how can I help you
Hi there,
I am facing many issues using your theme.
Mainly, the first issue are the colors.
I am editing the primary / secondary / etc via the Apparence interface but the “blue” primary color (and all the others) persists even after editing them.
I trying clearing cache, disabling plugins… but the colors won’t change at all.
The logo does not appear whatsoever when I add mine in the settings. After inspecting the code, I saw that both black and white logo has the “logo-white” class which hide both of them with display:none… I had to manually override that.
Footer is not updating . I am changing the copyrights but it does not apply. Also the “Theme made by YOU” cannot be removed as far I can see in the options…
Well thats just for the first 30 min i spent trying to use your theme. I’m sure there is plenty of other surprises like that…
Unless I can have a good fix for these, I think I will have to refund since this will be too much trouble to customize and since buying a theme is supposed to be… well the complete opposite, I will have to refund without a fix
Hi,dominic139, I’m the author of the HTML version. Is your question about the HTML version?
Hello Martex!
I have a quick question: how do I edit the mobile version of your lovely template? Apparently some mobile elements can’t be edited (or we didn’t figure it out yet).
Thanks!
All styles for small resolutions is in the css/responsive.css file
Thank you!
