Hi, malikfarhan, thanks for purchasing our template. Unfortunately not all layouts support the dark mode. Only layouts in demo that have the link on dark mode have it. If layout doesn’t have the link you need to do it manually. If you like the layout without dark mode and you want to dark mode for it we can help you with it. Regards

Your template is fantastic! There’s one thing though, the mobile menu (when I am accessing the template from a phone) is not transparent like it is on desktop. On mobile the background is solid white without transparency and blur. Can you tell me how to fix this? Thanks!

Hi, the problem that I’m having happens also in the template, I’m using Demo #2. You could se that if you load the page with an screen with a width lower than 992px, the animations are not showing up.

This is not a problem with the template. The problem with desktop browsers (I don’t know why this is happening). Don’t scroll the page before the lightbox appears (on desktop browser) and all content will load correctly. I repeat this issue is only in desktop browsers. Upload the files on your hosting and open the template in any mobile device and you’ll see that all works correctly

How to use pagination on the blog-listing.html page?

Take this (https://dsathemes.com/html/martex_1.1/files/blog-listing.html) for example. In the “All Stories” section at the bottom, if I keep adding more blog post cards, would they paginate automatically? For example, if I add 12 blog post cards, would they automatically be split up into 4 pages?
No, you place the number of posts per page manually (for example, you have 20 posts, you can place all these posts on one page or make 4 pages with 5 posts on each)
So I need to manually create 4 html pages in this case?

I bought this theme. There are some minor problems and I fixed all of them. But there is one that I couldn’t fix. Which when I added google maps iframe on a page, page not supporting. Loader stays there and never shows the web page. But actually the web page is there. Web page is being visible when I remove loading div.

Your message is not clear enough. What minor problems are you talking about? How can I help you with Google Map if I can’t check the code and what plug-in did you add to our template
oh wow, so you can ask questions here without me sending you an email? have you ever checked your theme against html page structure? have you ever used a tool like pages peed insights by google? did you check if there are any mistakes? we customer are fixing problems such as not sequentially ordered heading elements, not having name elements, web font problems, images not having width and height etc. when we pay money for a theme, we don’t expect to face those problems.. do your job properly and check for errors before selling your product. anyways.. when it comes to the google mail iframe problem, I didn’t use any additional plug-in or anything, I just fixed problems, and I added google maps on page, your loader is stuck there.. at least you could try and see yourself.. pick your demo-11.html page, add google maps, and see yourself..

If you have added an additional code to our template and you had problems, you could contact with us and we could help you, but you didn’t it. In order to fix problems, we need to see the current code and what exactly the client has added to our template. To our regret, you did not provide us with the code and started accusing us of a poor quality product. We consider your claims unfounded.
