I can see that Shella theme and most of Shopify premium themes have the variant image set feature. This is crucial for those of us that use many variant images. Can this please be implemented so no more monthly costs are incurred. People might not know they want this feature until they know it exists. It’s such a statement.

I’m referring to apps like Variant Image Wizard (Paid) & Variant Image Automator (Paid). Can we get a timeline on when this can be expected to arrive to the theme? I’d purchase it immediately.

Hello, it’s a great idea, I have passed it to the dev team. They will consider and add this feature to the theme if it’s possible. However, we can not tell what is the exact timeline and when this feature will be available. Hope you can understand.

Hello, pre-sales question I am planning to have a multi-language store and wanted to make sure that the translations won’t be lost every time there is an update for the theme. (Someone said in a previous comment that translations from the theme are lost when updating) thanks!

ok thanks for checking. Last follow-up question: if translate the Minimog content using the default translation in Minimog – but still use a Translation app for the other content (Shopify and other plugins), nothing will be lost correct?

An example: if I’m not mistaken, the motivational message for the Free shipping goal cannot be translated via the default translation in Minimog. So an app would need to be used even though it’s Minimog’s content. What will happen after the update?

We can only ensure that if you use default translation in Minimog, nothing will be lost.

If you use translation app, make sure to ask their support team whether the translation is updated automatically with the theme or not. If it’s not automatically updated, then you need to ask for their instructions on how to update the translation manually when you update the theme.

Hi, how to set currency correctly? I found that the switch between USD/SGD/HKD is not displayed correctly. For example, when it needs to be displayed (eg: 95 SGD), the correct one should be “S$ 95 SGD” but the actual template cannot be realized, and the financial display becomes: ”$ 95”. This overlaps with the US dollar error, and the same error for Hong Kong dollars, even if I use a third-party currency conversion plugin, it doesn’t display correctly. How can I display it correctly?

I’m curious if you will be adding the “Local Pickup” option to display on the individual product pages?

For example, we offer local pickup and most themes display “Pickup available at {our business address} usually available in {1 hour}”.

Right now, it appears as though the theme doesn’t currently support or display this.

Hello, I would like to ask you for help. I have installed the minimog theme and foxkit app on my shopify store. Unfortunatelly all the features I have activated are not working on live page. I can see them only once I am in shopify menu in the theme settings. But when I check the live website the features does not work. More concretely I swicthed on the free shipping goal in cart, sales notifications and also countdown tools for selected products. Can you help? Thanks a lot, Jan​

How long does this theme normally stay out of date from Shopify’s latest version? Shopify is on v2.5.0 and this theme supports v2.5.0. I see someone had this question 5 months ago with a possible “august” update as a solution…. that is about a 7 month delay from Shopify updates.

Sorry but I don’t really understand what you’re trying to say. Minimog is updated with the latest version of Shopify. Are you facing any problem with that?

You can check out the change log to see all the updates. We don’t update WordPress and Shopify themes at the same time, we update the theme when needed. Just take your time to consider.
