Prebuy question – is your theme give possibility to change size and type icons in header? I mean to change in header for example cart icon to bigger and different svg.

We don’t have setting to edit that part, but you can edit directly in the code

From your website… the chat button that is constantly making its presence known by expanding the room it takes on my screen. I’ve sent several messages using that insistent chat tool. Never received a response. “James” has never been there when I submit questions.

To review: there is the minimog website, there is foxecom (maker of Fox Kit), and now there’s this thememove. Which of these three stakeholders in this confusing support situation should I contact? Not very clear messaging. Now I feel support is just being passed off to a third party. Perhaps you should remove your chat tool from the minimog.co website so people won’t go there expecting responses.

To make everything clear for you. First, Foxecom is our Shopify team. The Minimog website you mentioned is the landing page for Minimog, I think every product on ThemeForest has their own landing page, so it’s not that confusing.

Second, we have support team and the live chat is how we give minimog’s users and visitors better support. So we can not remove it. We receive and respond hundreds of live messages everyday so I think there’s no problem with the livechat.

Lastly, I’ve check all messages in the inbox and still can not find anything. You can check the Internet connection and reach back to us. Since you’ve already bought the theme, now you can reach us via live chat in Foxkit app or in https://minimog.co/

But it is that confusing to have a homepage with a chat help tool that doesn’t provide any help—that only says you’ll respond later. That’s the point. The rest of your response misses the point or tries to obfuscate it. Already regret my purchase.

Our dev team has just update the theme due to some issues. The performance is better now.

However, I still want to make this clear for you. The performance score depends not only on the theme itself, but also on 3rd party, apps, page content, v.v. So the speed is different when you use different apps, and so on.

Hello, I. am using Featured Product Slider and I started playing around with the background colours and since then all I get is a white background behind the smaller picture on preview. The colour background is as desired on Shopify app, but always white on the preview. Can you help?

Pre-Purchase Question. Does your theme support personalisation and the app GELATO?

Normally, most Shopify apps are compatible with the theme, however we don’t have this app for real test yet.

I tested and its sadly not working correctly. I can personalize the item but when I put it into the cart, there are duplicated copy added to cart too. Suddently there are 2 items instead of 1 item in the cart. Can you fix that if I purchase the theme?

Found a bug of the newest version of minimog theme. Tables and charts are displaying wrong and broken on mobile. They are in one column and shifted to right. On pc and tabs it’s ok.

Good day, is it possible to eneble read inventory display and make that if you have 5 products in stock customer cant use quntity selector above that count?

That’s not a problem to do it, just as you are so professional company and made this beautiful theme I wanted to give a suggestion. As It looks strange when you display how many products are left in the stock with a progress bar and you still are able to add as much as you want.
