2- When I install demo with “sample_data.xml” file, widgets do not come. There is no file in the “widget-data.json” file.

I have recently updated the wordpresds and woocommerce and SOME of the variable products are not giving the option to Add to Cart stating you need to add some options.
I have tried stormfront theme and this resolved the issue so it would appear to be a theme conflict.
If I purchase the theme again/entend support will you help me get the site sorted or will I need to start again with a fresh theme install? thanks

for single site you are ok with standard-regular license, if you want to us theme on multiple sites then you need to have extended license

If you want to have ecwid on home the main content area where featured-latest tabs are positioned, is ideal place for ecwid content. In default theme we have provided home page with woocommerce content and ecwid content on separate link. Let me know if you need further instruction and I can get it prepared for you.
I have a business account Ecwid with about 700 products and I need my products are displayed in the showcase home . I paid for your WebTutor me configure the new theme , but has entered the home only woocommerce widgets . I asked for detailed information to configure my theme , but the web tutor is no longer helping me and I am really disappointed that servio offered me . My old theme was deleted . I paid $ 59 for the new theme more ’ $ 110 for configuration ( seo , site speed , etc ) , but the web master I configured the demo version . I downloaded the zip file mjsimple the instructions for installation , but the menu of wordpress is different from that indicated in the instructions . There are some limitation on ecwid part and Concept of having ecwid is to have regular site on home page and shop as supportive ecommerce model. In any case if you have to show ewid on home page this will help:
Open home-page.php file in wp-content->themes->MJ-simple folder and comment or remove code line no. 71 to 140.
After generate ecwid store code in textarea using bellow link and past on commented code.

I want to purchase this theme but i will like to know if there will be a demo content that i can upload so that i can just start working on that to my taste and I believe the demo content is what you have in the preview.

I want to know whether i can use ecwid with the theme without any hassles as i want to use ecwid only and not the woo commerce that comes with the theme.
Ecwid has the separate link in theme demo and you can check it how it works.
We bought the theme in 2014, i see that since then you made updates to the theme.

We are updating theme again and we are implemeting child theme in this version. So it will be good if you wait for few days before updating the changes.

First take complete site backup and after then upload new theme. If you have maded any modification to old theme then you will have to copy them in new theme files.
i tried updating with the new theme but now i get http://www.infancia.nl/?beslistxml=feed / error on line 9 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document

Hello, I bought this tamplate and already installed it, but it looks NOTHING like the one in the pictures (the shopping cart is horrible)... i bought it mainly because of its compatibility with ECWID…

Follow this step and create slideshow easily.
1) Go to admin side dashboard and click on the Product tab.2) Click on categories menu and make a new categories as name "slideshow".3) Add the product, clicking on "Add product" on the product tab.4) Add the product name, description, set the featured image etc.. and select slideshow product categories on right side.Open installation Guide inside Help Section folder and read more instruction.If you still not able to resolve then email us site admin details

All the demo content is included in mj-simple theme root directory folder as Sample_data.xml file.

Thanks I found it, Now for some reason the Theme Options aren’t visible to make any changes, any idea what this may be? According to the documentation, its suppose to show, this is weird, are we missing an update ?
