Hi Have the MO theme, but am no longer able to access and make updates in the dashboard – edit your front page – in the Page Sections Shortcode/HTML dont allow me in anymore to make changes or additions.
I have apple mac, high sierra and run safari browser. 13.0.1

Hello, I purchased this theme because I loved the minimalist design, but nothing is working properly now that it’s in WordPress. None of the plugins are included in any of the theme documentation and I would like a refund, please.

Hello after using the theme with no problems for a while I updated some plugins and the wordpress core and I encountered the following issue with the essential grid portfolio. All my grids are gone, I recreated one to test and the content of the portfolio appears with a fatal error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_home_path() in /home/blabllblablalbal/wp-content/themes/mo/core/theme_functions.php on line 774. I have already left a message in the support website but I haven’t got any reply. Please I need to have my portfolio working for a job selection guys. Thanks in advance.

I still haven’t gotta any answers to my emails, I can’t really post new blog posts because the custom page metas section doesn’t let me edit any of the things like choosing what picture to use etc. like it did before. and I wanted to know how to change one section of the home page or at least try to minimize the white space.. You guy’s have my logo info and logged in once and didn’t do anything.

I’m hoping you can help me. My client purchased your theme and I have found an error with the blog carousel.
It seems that the last 2 blog items won’t open up at all. Please can you have a look and let me know why this isn’t working? It also seems to not load the featured images.

Hello haven’t had any issues with the theme for a while but after updating to the latest wordpress version (4.6.1) the essencial grid stopped working properly. I can select a project from the portfolio because it outputs the following error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_home_path() in /home/saime973/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mo-core/mo-core.php on line 177
Please let me know how to solve this new issue, and please don’t make me pay for extra support for this as your product stopped working and my support has expired.

So I want to change a certain set of pages color, I’m using bbpress and I want the topics sections of the forum to have a solid background color instead of the white background it has because of the theme. I changed the main container changing the whole site to that color, I only want certain pages to be that color not the whole site, How would I go about doing this?

My site isn’t live yet, also why do you need my login credentials? All I want is a way to make the bbpress topics section have a certain color background. changing the main_container changes the whole sites color. I will open a ticket but I don’t see why I’d need to give you my credentials.
We ask for login info in case we need to test with snippet of CSS. You can just post a link to your site. We will check out and provide you the codes so you can test it in your own.

After the latest update of Woocommerce my front page stopped working. Now when I land on the homepage I see only a blank page. Also, there are a lot of Woocommerce out of date. Is anyone in any hurry to fix this? What should I do? Keep my site in outage each time this theme fails? Why you don’t update the theme much often? You advertise the theme as Woocommerce ready, but it’s full of bugs! You should spot these issues before the users come here and complain! Such a big disappointment once again!
