After installation of EXEO plugin, my wordpress webiste showing blank page. I have rename the plugin name, then it is working. What’s wrong with exeo plugin?
It is very frustrating for me, I have also sent an email to the support team, but did not get any response yet.

So many php syntax errors. I tried to fix them myself but im not that good in PHP.

Okay, figured it out. The problem was variable products that didnt have sale price, so the theme couldnt handle it.

No, it doesn’t work for me… Or maybe “correct” means loading the product image endlessly or requiring a page reload if you see the image loading wheel? How is it? Try (in Firefox) to add the product to the bag and then click on the product in the bag to be displayed. The product page opens but image cannot download (working loading wheel). It doesn’t always happen, but it does from time to time.
And additionally problems are the same as PiotrSPL described earlier. Looking forward to fixing this.
first, you need to change all images that have a link to our demo site. like login and payments icons in the footer. next in t\wp-content\themes\exzo\partials\shop-gallery.php remove this https://prnt.sc/1791z7w and style=”background-image: url(”...”) show $image_attributes so it must be like this in PHP code https://prnt.sc/17925zw. and deactivate advanced product fields for woocommerce it has some js error https://prnt.sc/1792i23

Hi again. I have to install Multi Currency plugin (wordpress.org/plugins/woo-multi-currency) but it’s not working with EXZO Theme. I just did a test “removing” the woocommerce templates folder and it show the text next to original price ($155,00 Approximately: R$933,35) from Multi Currency plugin. You can check it at the bottom of my homepage www.boxwebstore.com.br (layout is broken because I renamed the woocommerce template folder, just a test to show the multi currency plugin working). We’re again waiting for 10 days or so for support. We are having a site that has many issues and nothing gets solved. Today we will be requesting a refund from Themeforest if you don’t respond.
For those who want to buy. Be prepared for lots of bugs and problems and non-existing support. We paid for a year support. Total waste of money.
After 5 reminder mails I just got a reply. He skipped all the mails and info and screenshots I sent him and he just copied and pasted his last answer from 10 days ago which was 0 help. This is insane.
On the 25th, clarifying questions were sent that you ignored. so we resend it. if you want get support. try to answer clearly yourself and not ignore questions
I did not ignore anything. You asked for screenshots which I again sent. And again today. To which you STILL have not replied. You keep asking for screenshots, I keep sending them and you won’t reply to it. I sent them earlier today. You took the time to reply to basically tell me to fix it myself. You refuse to reply to my actual problems.
So again,I’m going to ask you to respond to the 2 screenshots I sent you earlier today so I can fix your theme which is full of bugs.
You should take a lesson in business 101 and how to talk to your paying customers.
And clearly looking at the comments here I’m not the only one who has problems with your “customer support”.

Made a translation file with poedit but the theme doesnt seem to take it.
Renaming it to the normal (de_DE for german language) doesnt work and other things i googled also didnt.
So tell me, how do i change the language for your theme, when i have a fully translated language file ready?
