Is Moose compatible with PHP 7.4 or maybe 7.3 ? I’m not a pro, so I don’t want to break everything by doing an update.
PS : I don’t understand why I can’t ask this kind of question to the help center on the pretext that my support has expired.
I update to 7.3 so my question is just on PHP 7.4
You can always reach us here for general inquiries about the theme. The theme is compatible with PHP 7.4.
where do you set the ’.content.content_top_margin’ class from?

I want to update WordPress to version 6.0, when will the theme be updated?
At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.
If you are running latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.
WPBakery front is broken right after installation. You can’t work like that. Look here: https://ibb.co/wKdhqcg
This is a fresh WordPress installation. What’s wrong there?
I can not activate the account because no email comes.
In the SPLIT SLIDER MENU, can there be Videos insted of the image in one of the elements, and can there be a Google Map in there too?
How can I adjust the mobile breakpoint for the header?
I’m using both left and right navigation menu’s.
Will there be a future update where we can set the breakpoints?
If so, when?
Unfortunately, there is no option to change mobile breakpoint in the theme, it is set to 1024px, by default. However, you can achieve that with some minor custom CSS code.

With 5.9 being released this week, the theme is now two full versions behind. Any update on when a more current Wordpress version will be supported. I’m not quite to panicking yet, but we have multiple sites using this theme and its been awhile since the last update.
Please note that our developers are constantly working on updates for all our themes.
We don’t have any ETA on when will the theme update came out, but you will be notified.
Hi, I buy a licence of Moose when the new Wordpress 5.5.1 coming.
Then my website using “jQuery Migrate Helper”.
Today, i would like to know if everything is fixed. I would like to do a new website and I can’t imagine to be in the same situation.
Would you tell me if everything is fine with the last WP ?
Please note that we include compatibility for WordPress 5.7 and you don’t need to use the jQuery Migrate helper plugin.
You can check the latest compatibilities on ThemeForest page for Moose theme.
We Would like to use header with white background & not the transparent one. We want top header then logo and below logo we would like to use navigation menu. Is it possible.?
Thank you for taking an interest in the Moose theme!
You can set header background color to white globally and localy on pages (see this screenshot), as well as top bar, then logo and menu below using Sticky Expanded header type (see this link).
Hi there, on mobile devices the Elated Accordion cuts off the longer titles, instead of dropping down to a second line. How do I fix this?
Thank you for reaching us!
We have tested this in local installation, everything works fine and the theme is fully responsive.
I have already contacted support but no response from them, ticket number is 2436995. Please take it seriously and fix the problem.

Hi, How can I increase the image size for the blog style “images in left box.” I’m happy to use CSS, but the code itself is calling small images (125×125, very small!). Do I need to change the template? Thanks!
Thanks for writing in!
Please, we would appreciate it if you could submit a ticket here to our help center and one of our support agents will assist you.
I upgraded from 3.4 to 3.5 and it trashed a lot of my custom colors, fonts and styles. In looking at the code, it is very different in the two versions of /moose/css/style-dynamic-callback.php. I can’t even find most of the places these styles are defined. Any idea why this happened? I reverted to my backup thankfully. Please advise.
Once the theme and bundled plugins are updated it is necessary navigate to Theme Options -> General and click on ‘Save Changes’ button in order to generate a new dynamic CSS file.
To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
Oh, great, that did the trick. Thanks so much!
I’m trying to create custom post types with custom fields. I was unable to find the custom field option where it usually live (in screen options in a post editor). I disabled all plugins and it was still not available.
When I switched themes, I could then see the custom field editor. Is there a way I can continue using this theme and enable the custom fields option on posts?
Please understand that most themes have a distinctive set of custom post types and custom fields which are unique to this theme. So, custom post types and custom post fields available with one theme may not be available with the other.
Sorry to post here but even if I’ve never used it, my support time is expired.
As user “ryanasm” here had, I’m having an issue on mobile.
The website is loading on my phone but as soon as you interact with it, everything is going nuts ie, icons dispear, fonts change color, etc…
I do have installed the Jguery migrate plugin without success.
If that’s helping ryanasm linked his support ticket (https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/requests/93901).
From his comments, I understand I need new default.js and default.min.js files to fix it ?
If that’s right, can you send me the files ?
Thanks a lot

When will be update to WP 5.7?

no I can’t change image in menu / header…
We can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we will release them one by one. We hope that update will be available soon.
