Hello, I’ve purchased your theme “MyDecor” and I wanted to ask you, if I have to build the whole website by myself or if there’s a way to just edit pictures/texts/links, you know things like this, because I like the menu, header, footer and everything how it’s set. I have Elementor Pro but I still have to do it all manually, so that’s why I’m asking. This is my first wordpress website, so I don’t know.

Hi, I need to know how to modify the mobile version sidebar (vertical-menu section), for example, I need to add a shortcut code into categories list. I found the section into template for desktop/tablet version, but not for mobile version. Thanks, regards.

Yes, our theme supports RTL. We don’t setup demo for RTL. But don’t worry! We developed the RTL feature and it will work fine.

You should buy the MyDecor theme and you will see the RTL option in Theme Options > General > Enable Right To Left. That way you can clearly see the RTL on your device.

Hi, I installed the theme and demo content, but the pages are blank except for the header. No sliders, There is a light purple background around the header as well as a border. The pics are in the media library they only load on certain pages, but not the homepages. Mega menu is not active at all. I don’t which mega menu plugin to install because several menu plugins use the name mega menu. Mega menu appears on the dashboard, but doesn’t list any menus present to insert. None of the sliders are active or loading. The very first time I installed the theme it installed properly without a problem. The problems appeared when I installed it the second and third timse. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I should mention that my site is setup in multisite mode.

Because you installed the incorrect package. Your package contains document, license, ..., not the installable package. You need to extract your package and install the mydecor.zip package.

Hi, purchased and install theme successfully. However, all changes made to the theme via theme options do not reflect on the page and the page iis a bit messy with no menu background – completely different from the demo. Kindly direct on steps to resolve this. Thanks

Hi, I can’t find a solution for the categories on my shop side. I open the side: 2 main categories. As soon a I open one of these two main categories the other main categories is inside a higher one which I never set.
